I'm so confused. It's somehow even bigger?

Yup - seems the title is misleading now. Should be “looking for a more cool key fob” now. Looks really cool, but not the way i was envisioning it. Appreciate the updates, and hopefully the next version can be minimalist.I'm so confused. It's somehow even bigger?
Was thinking this yesterday, I wonder if the creator of the thread can alter it to reflect this current direction? @RoofusYup - seems the title is misleading now. It is taller, but thinner. I’ve posted a couple times that if size is the reason for this particular item you’ll be disappointed. I’m creating a new thread because I realize the original user who posted this thread was searching for the minimalistic approach, but after testing, the minimalistic key from Gates isn’t big enough to house the behemoth board inside our current fobs.I'm so confused. It's somehow even bigger?
Makes sense!Thought this was suppose to be minimalist and smaller? I’m glad I didn’t send mine in. This is going backwards. Hard pass I’m out.
Reached out to George to touch base on his progress with the UX. Hopefully have an update before the weekend.Interested. Any updates available?
This will be possible, but I believe the only functionality would be the proximity locking/unlocking. My understanding is that the components within the existing fob are so large that shrinking the housing is not possible without removing functionality.Looking for something much smaller than the existing fob.
I’d be fine with just a chip to start… maybe proximity. No buttonsThis will be possible, but I believe the only functionality would be the proximity locking/unlocking.
