Is this the correct bag for the 2dr removable rear windows?

Yes I have the bag - and its HUGE. Its a royal pain in the ass to put it in the back, especially if you already have the front top parels off and in their bag. If you also have the gunner's turret out, you can barely get all 3 in the back on the 2dr. I have resorted to using a beach towel and putting my 2 quarter windows in front of the 2 front top panels (basically sandwich them between the backs of the seats and the front tops in their bag. Towel adds a little protection so they don't rub together. The bag is not super convenient but YMMV.

Call your dealer and see if they can open a case with Ford. As of now, Ford does not show a price in their system and neither does Microcat.

That’s correct. When mine was replaced due to the resin issue they sent out the replacement window with a frame assembly.
