I don’t see anything in the current 2024 overview and details that talks about removable rear windows. Definitely looks like it’s been removed from the offering. I wonder what happens when (if) ours fail.

I'm REALLY hoping they have a stock of them somewhere.

Jim beat me to it. This was the post:

The removable windows was a major reason that I waited for the modular top and I would have been very unhappy to find that Ford had removed them before delivering my bronco. I don't remember this being mentioned as a Job 2 change and they had definitely advertised them as a feature of the mod top. I would hope that Ford would compensate those of you that ordered an HE expecting the removable windows and don't get them, otherwise they might be opening themselves up for a false advertising lawsuit...

Now I wonder if the windows were the reason for all our delivery delays of if it's just a bit of standard Ford cost cutting hoping that no one will notice.
I doubt I’d be due anything since I bought off the lot.

All I really want is an explanation. 😉

Every comment I’ve seen has said they hadn’t seen one in Peak Blue, so here’s the photo:

What's funny is the Bronco II had removable side windows in option list when it first came out but was quickly dropped 😮 from the list.

I guess ours will be a one off in Bronco history and hopefully no long term issues!

How can I tell? See photos.

I have not tried to remove the top yet.

Thanks, your photos confirm the quarter window does not have a screw so they are not removable.
By the way, you can remove those exterior tabs

@PeakBluePA is yours 2D or 4D?

Edit: You have the same date on the sticker inside the hard top as I do:

Interesting, I guess history repeats itself. While I thought it would be cool, at least I don’t miss what I didn’t have. Curious if anything else will become evident on Job 2 changes.

As of Job 2 it appears the HE 2dr and 4dr Quarter Windows are no longer removable

Oh? That’s insane they did not announce it or tell anyone about it. I can imagine some newer HE/HEL owners probably went with this exact trim because of the removable quarter windows
