I know this an older post but to clarify things, I talked to Andrew over at Mullinax NSB on or around the 1st of October and he seemed to have all the correct information. Xplan , no fees etc. No worries with my order thru them.
For sure, I would like to go there it is closer to me.. Unfortunatley I must have spoke with a rookie on floor that day

@noahr

@noahr a thread I had going a few weeks ago. Mullin

@noahr ... this is a thread I started a few weeks ago .. you can see all the potential customers in FL looking for a dealer to lead on Bronco sales, info, pricing and transparency...
Hey there, spoke to the big boss today and he authorized me to speak on behalf of mullinax, and that is for the entire auto group so our locations in florida as well as mobile. We are treating the bronco as we would any other car so our fixed best price first, honoring all applicable ford plans and discounts as well as having no dealer fees of any kind.

Richard at Mullinax Ford West Palm has sent me multiple messages.

I responded asking about below invoice pricing and what deal can they offer.

suddenly he now goes dark. I’ll update this post as soon as I hear back.

Zero reason for these dealers “not to know” things at this point when you have other offering invoice or below from the start.

never seen Iowa before so I’m sticking with Granger.
Yeah the reason for that is we don't have the pricing information on the bronco yet so any dealership that may offer that is likely concealing hidden fees on the back end, when it comes down to it there is a number where the dealer can make a profit and charging say 1000 below invoice the only way they can make a profit is with hidden fees or mandatory upgrades we don't have any of that, we are treating the bronco as we would any other car, the reason we can't get you that information right now is we adjust our prices to be competitive at the level of the market, i can tell you though that on our website we have several virtual broncos with tenative prices and all the information we have available on them. If you dig into it these other dealers have offered a lot of things they aren't allowed to such as x plan plus other discounts based on it hence the change at granger, fact is we do not have any more info at the dealer level than we do as consumers, when build and price goes live and we start getting information within the next couple weeks we will. I am also happy to tell you that dealerships will start getting 1 mannequin per location in late spring early summer next year likely in june for test drives and just a general template to get to know it in person.

I agree, I would be willing to drive anywhere in the State should a dealer commit to No Dealer Fee or Automatic Dealer Add Ons along with an offer like Granger Ford.

My fear is that a dealer makes a promise that is not completely transparent then on top of a higher rate than expected I am also driving several hours to complete the sale.

Right now, Mullinax Ford is high on my list as they are promising no dealer fee.
Mullinax ford who i work for and represent here has no dealer fees, hidden fees or mandatory add ons, we are treating it like we treat any other car, all the information is also on our website

Mullinax is high on my list too. With only one chance to switch dealers it would be great if a Florida would step up. My current dealer seems to be shady AF.
So with mullinax we are going to offer no dealer fees a fixed price, no mandatory add ons, x plan or any other plan you have, essentially for us the bronco is any other car, you can find all the info on our website as well

@BroncoTPA @ReeceMann @BroAD do you know if Mullinax charges an internet fee or other stupid misc fees like VIN etching to compensate for the lack of a dealer fee?
We do not, we have never and will never charge any dealer fees, our principle is similar to walmart, we sell a lot of cars at a price that often when you factor out all of those stupid fees is much better than our competition and we can do that because of how many cars we sell. Our website outlines our principles and way of doing business and it is universal at every dealership in the group.

We need a dealer to step up !! How can we get below invoice pricing like Granger and Stephens in the Sunshine State ... The 3rd state with the most Bronco reservations. Ive never been to West Virginia however we are looking forward to the road trip! Florida dealers are going to be losing lots of business to Stephens Auto as the word gets out & they do not seem to care ... Anyone hear of any deals closer to Florida like Granger or Stephens ?
So real quick guys, it is also worth noting that florida law dictates that if you charge a dealer fee it is standard throughout so you can't just make it so one person is charged and another is not, so a lot of these offers at least in florida should be looked at with a fine toothed comb, we don't charge dealer fees and we never will.

Getting back here ASAP if you have that information would be awesome. Down between Mullinax NSB (closest), Yeoman's (because that was where I was assigned) and possibly Stephens for the discount knowing that most of that will be eatin up by the travel expenses to get it, but the drive back would be nice.

Getting the Mannequins is great, but of no good to anyone with a reservation, since the order is supposedly well before that :confused:

The mannequins are for us, they can't be sold and are a demo vehicle essentially, the only dealer stock broncos will be the 2022 model and later, so it will hopefully arrive before your order does and you will be able to take a much closer look at it. As far as getting more info on pricing it is going to be heavily reliant on when B and P goes live and we have the full picture, until then our website has some preliminary numbers and basic info on some virtual broncos, we have one of every trim level and door config

Understood, but if I've already ordered my bronco having a mannequin to look at and test drive is nice, but more beneficial to consumers who have not reserved. I am assuming once it's ordered there are no changes that can be made.

While you're posting, Do you have an idea on what might be charged as the deposit at the time of order?

As far as I know we aren't charging anything, for us the $100 dollars for your reservation is taking that role, the reason for that is even if the vehicle gets there and you end up not wanting it we have a bronco we can sell otherwise and believe me it will get sold, that said if you cancel your reservation or order anytime before we take possession of the vehicle we won't get it so you really have the power. Now this is as far as I understand it currently, I will talk to Chris (partner and owner of Kissimmee) either Thursday or Friday and get you a concrete answer, but as far as I aware based on the hour and a half meeting I had with him today that is how we are going to go ahead with the process.

Also the mannequin is a 21 model and unless a lot of people get cold feet and back out once the car is delivered it will only serve to make those who didn't reserve even more giddy about the upcoming 22 model, we can drive it, take off the tops and doors and just get to know it that is what it is for, now I am 100 percent with you that the timing is complete crap but at least we have something

LOL. That’s a very long answer to a very simple question.

granger has no hidden fee’s, please point me in the direction of where these hidden fees at granger our located? $180 registration is all I see

10days still no response to my email I sent to Mullinax.
:::::EDIT: received response today and just now noticed it.
This is the response I received asking if Mullinax will match granger on the $1k below invoice.

“That has NOT been established at any dealer and Ford has sent letters out to those dealerships so please be careful. Mullinax does not have any dealership or prep fees , just add tax and tag. Will advise as we get closer.”

I can’t stand this type of $7!t
EDIT:::::::

again. Don’t care much about the saving a few bucks here or there. I just want honest up front deal, why not just match $1k below invoice if it’s obviously possible to maintain profit whilenot adding fees as multiple dealers are now doing the same.

because Florida seems to be the only real answer.

They're called hidden fees for a reason, not to be overly sharp but you gotta do digging into it and unless they say otherwise they will have them, nevertheless granger is frankly irrelevant when you look at what our offer is and consider the state law protections you are getting, also which location are you looking at, I am at the Kissimmee location in the sales department and I would be happy to help you out.
