FWIW, what i've heard is that October 13th is the go-live date. No reference to what time on the 13th, but that's the date that everything is to be up and running for customers.

Once my source told me the 13th, I immediately went to see if it was a Friday and thus a joke (if you knew the source, you would know that's just the type of joke that person would make). But they said it was the best info they had and would keep me in the loop if it changes.
