Sorry for the new guy question but what exactly is a window bag? Do you have any more pictures? Is it just for 2 door models or for 4 door models also?
The window bag is the large black case under the two collapsible crates. It’s a foam lined soft sided case for the rear removable windows. I believe the windows are the same in the rear regardless of the doors. Not 100% sure on that though.

The four door has a different PN than the two door. Here's my post back showing pics of the 2 door bags:

Here's the numbers:

Gunners hatch - VM2DZ-54502H07-F ($129)
2 door glass bag - VP2DZ-54502H07-A ($189)
4 door glass bag - VP2DZ-54502H07-B ($229)

Prices were back when I ordered mine.

The 2 door has longer windows and a larger and heavier hardtop... the 2 door window case can hold 4 for windows and can be found less expensive than the 4 door window case.

That thing is lined pretty nice with foam.

I'm assuming the 4 door case would be a little smaller because of the windows being smaller or is the outside the same but with different foam inside?

The 4 door case is physically smaller.

I’m not sure about the inside foam. Now that @Lowcountry Bronco smacked my memory core, I remember they had two different numbers. The two door windows fit really snug and the case fits perfectly in the back of the 2 door.

Mine has these plastic clips around the rear windows. Am I suppose to save them and reuse them or trash them?

IMG_6627.jpeg
Toss them, I believe they are for assembly alignment.

I've had the front two tops off and the middle row top off one time (haven't taken the back top off yet) and I have the storage bag for the front and middle row tops. The middle row fit in the bag real nice but getting both front tops in that single bag was real tight. Do you guys have some trick to that because if not I have been considering buying a second bag for the fronts and just putting one in each bag.
