My hood was delivered yesterday and a friend came over and helped me lift it on today. It fit very well and I just had to raise the factory latch up a few mm . It did have one small defect in the paint on the front edge but I'm not concerned about it too much. I did send Lethal Performance a note about it but didn't ask for anything , just letting them know. I'd have to point it out for anyone to notice. Looks a bit meaner now I think.

Did anyone who has installed the hood add or leave off the rain deflector?

I added mine.
I did think it was cool that when it is off you can read the Cervini name embossment through the hole.

Any tricks to removing the weatherstripping from the factory hood?

For anyone following...getting the weatherstrip clips off is a PITA, but luckily none broke. Had I realized this was a transferred part I would have ordered a new one for $35 and just started fresh. Otherwise, it's a little nerve-racking to drill in your brand new hood, but pretty simple to put the grill screen in. I'm going to install w/o the rain deflector, may add later if I see any issues, ultimately it's still water running down the engine bay, so... also, I'd say the quality of the hood is A1, no issues whatsoever. Should be installing in a bit after the rain stops, so hopefully fit will be as expected.

Mine is currently still at the wrap shop sitting next to one of Kyle Bush’s old M&Ms hoods . I do plan to bring it home and hang it on the wall, as I plan to put it back on when (in the way future) I trade it for a new Bronco. The Cervini hood will be going on to the next one too
