I’ll admit I didn’t think of the increase in rock chips after removing the side steps. I didn’t have any trouble with the 2021 with the smaller tires so it wasn’t on my mind.
Now I have to decide if I want paint damage or ugly mud flaps.

Maybe put some ppf on the doors instead?

May want to think about front splash guards without running the factory steps. I have the hoop steps and it doesn’t protect near as good as the standard steps from rocks. I have quite a few rock chips on my doors to take care of.

I just noticed that Ford increased the base price on the 4-door Heritage $200 from last week. I have one on order and my MSRP was $56,100. Now it's $56,300. I don't know if this price increase is across all models or not.

Hey everyone - taking delivery of my 4dr heritage race red today.. want to swap out the white wheels with the METHOD MR315's... I think they will look great but I cant find any real pictures of them on a race red vehicle here.... what do you think?... for the record, I am trying to do a mixture of a modern look with throwback vibes. In other words, I want a chrome/silver look. I'm open to suggestions from others

Anyone with 2Dr HE orders getting scheduled? If so, are you getting emails, VINs, private offers (‘23 rollovers), etc from Ford or are you having to reach out to figure what is going on?

There are a few 2024 HE 2 doors that have been scheduled in the last 2 weeks (Go back a few pages in this forum). No one is getting emails other than the “order received” email when dealer submits order.

There has been zero communication about private offers for cancelled with VIN reorders other than through this forum and the dealer.

Most people are using Ford Chat or communicating with their dealer for any updates. There’s a rumor that email communication from Ford will resume in the new year. YMMV

My status is unscheduled clean with Priority #2, confirmed with Ford Chat and Granger.

Mine was scheduled for 2/19/24. Dealer gave me a heads up saying production was going to start. I had to go on to ford chat with order code and sales code to get VIN and actual production date.

Ford is currently passing info through dealers. dealer called me to let me know i'm scheduled. my ford login still says cancelled.

My cancelled 23 has a new 24 VIN and build week. No email, got the info from Ford chat on scheduling day. Dealer said they can see the private offer (or whatever it is called this time) for 4000-4200, don’t remember the exact amount. No build date changes YET. Can track on Ford site with VIN and order number (has to be the same as 23 for the offer to work, allegedly).
