From my dealer when I asked about what’s going on:

“Ford sent out a lot of info about this several months ago. Based on commodity constraints/parts availability, they advised if the vehicle wasn’t scheduled by a certain date, the orders would be cancelled. This is out of our hands. Ford also ended the reservation program. There will not be roll overs to 2024.”

Real encouraging. It will truly be appalling if Ford doesn’t make any amends.

The dance continues. I just got pushed back another 2 weeks to 12/4. I have very little confidence they pull off getting all this scheduled production before year end.

Yall dont know how heartbreaking this really is for me. My whole family has been a Ford family for 80+ years. This 2dr Heritage was for my dad that's almost died a couple times since 2018. Colon cancer, abdominal anuerysm from that surgery, stroke, etc. He had a 76, my uncles had a 69 and a 74, I had a 70 and of course my new one. They are really screwing some loyal customers and making it really hard to buy another Ford .

His is a manual and Im wanting an automatic. 50yrs of being in the fire service has been hell on my dad's knees. He would prolly love driving it for a day or two.
