My wife got an email tonight saying her heritage edition is built (finally). Just doing there qc prior to shipping. Blend date was 8-4. Probably wont get to Granger till end of October. Guess driving it back home to Utah in mid October should be better weather than New years eve 2021 was.. fingers crossed this thing actually shows up!

Interesting -- so is the UAW strike not delaying shipments? I ask because my Heritage is scheduled to be built in 3 days.

I was wondering if the strike allowed them to actually put what ever part on that was missing maybe?? Im guessing the assembly lines are not running so employees that are still working could divert attention to broncos that were built but just waiting on a part? I assume ours has been sitting somewhere waiting since week of 8-4.
When my wife said she got an email i thought she was just messing with me.

Here's the latest for MAP that I've seen:

"About 600 employees at Ford's Michigan Assembly Plant's body construction department and south sub-assembly area of integrated stamping were laid off in Wayne, Michigan on Friday. The paint and final assembly department is on strike at that plant."

I think the one's we're seeing get shipped were already built or were built awaiting a last remaining part/inspection.

And any that are built will most likely not ship because the Teamsters will not cross the UAW picket lines.

Yea LoCoBro, that Steeda clutch spring sounds intriguing cause I could certainly use more clutch feel but $40 shipped is Frikken ridiculous!!!

Found them at CJ Pony for 25+11 shipping-NVCAD 10% off promo for total of 33.50…
Hey, quick question since you have a bike in your profile picture with your Bronco. What bike rack are you using with it? I've got an old one I can use that would work ok, but I was hoping to find a better solution so I don't have to move the rack all the time to open the gate on the back.

That helps, I couldn't visualize the swing out kind, but thank you. I'd think I'd prefer one that bolts onto the tire if one would fit the Bronco, but this is a great option.

Dang. Hope this ends soon. Teamsters meaning truck transport? I thought most all get shipped out via rail. Unless your dealer is close by? I dont have any idea on how the shipping works I guess .

Yours will be shipped by rail. It will go to Omaha via KC then trucked from Omaha to Granger.

I would not add any more weight to your tailgate unless you beef it up. I would go with a hitch mounted version like @Undescended .
