My mistake, for some reason my brain registered the "high pkg" rather than the lux pkg you have on order.
In my defense, I can only state that good music makes me "high"...

It's rare that music systems in vehicles from the factory are really top notch. I went with new 6" Hertz speakers, and a cargo door mounted, Phoenix Gold 12" sub woofer. Of course I bumped up the watts with new sub woofer, and speaker amps, all mounted neatly under the seats, and in the side panel in the cargo area.

I'm not happy about the sub woofer being in the way, but there isn't another really good spot for a good sized sub woofer in my opinion.

Agreed. The only real excuse is I once leased a '15 Nissan Murano Platinum that included a Bose sound system.. that Murano ended up being one of my least all-time favorite vehicles- I won't even go into The problems I had with it... Especially the CVT trans (garbage). Anyway, The Bose sound system in that thing was incredible and the only real good sing about it. However much I turned up the volume, the sound would never get distorted or lose it's quality.
But yeah everyone seems to be upgrading their subwoofer & amp...(sigh) It's going to be fun I guess lol

23 2dr Wildtrak with the high package here, I’ve had for one week. I find the speakers I have are pretty decent, they just have no bass, like NO BASS. So I’m probably going to look at a tailgate mounted sub just to round everything out. Not looking forward to finding an amp spot. Amazing rig though! Everytime I see a post made by someone with a Bronco on order I get vicariously excited for them, especially a fellow Wildtrak! Since some others have shared some music I’ll end with this oddball that is PERFECT for a calm jaunt through the woods:

Sincere thanks to you my friend. That's exactly what I'm hearing from other Bronco owners, weak bass. And about the tailgate mounted sub, that idea strikes a home run with me. As soon as I saw the ad on Facebook about It, I thought now that's pretty darn cool. I feel the same way when I see Broncos on the road, I want to honk and give them a thumbs up.

Just a heads up, I’m researching mudflaps tonight. I don’t like the look but if you’re sasquatching (which you are), your tires are going to be aiming rocks right at your beautifully painted doors

I’m thinking IAG brand, just because their plastic seems to match the OE fender flares pretty well

I'm going to be totally honest with you, The last thing I want to do is to point you in the wrong direction with the wrong information. I'll confess to admit that honestly speaking my Bronco is going to be "a lover, not a fighter" lol, what I mean by that is she's going to be babied. I've been working for Ford for going on 35 years, currently here at f150 assembly Dearborn Michigan. 'Amy' (yeah I already gave her a name lol) anyway, Amy is more or less a retirement gift for myself. I'll be driving something else to work, not sure what. Anyway back to your question, My Bronco is getting equipped with powder coated step rails- Hopefully if I take her off-road they'll catch some of the debris. But I personally never cared for mud flaps, I feel it kind of takes away from the visuals of having big beautiful treads.. But that's just my opinion. You can try Ford accessories perhaps? But but my personal advice is don't purchase anything out that you might regret later just for the sake of buying something for your baby. She already looks damn good. For what it's worth, I hope that helped. #BroncoLife

I really don’t like the look of the flaps, and I am not some big time off-roader. I live on about 75 acres of farmland though, and want to be able to go where I need to go. That being said, she’s a toy and not a work vehicle. BUT. I’m more worried about picking up a piece of gravel in a parking lot and flinging it up into the door when I hit the highway. Nothing like the opening of Stairway being interrupted by that awful hollow clink.

Yes, now that you've said it that way, It's a legit concern. Mud flaps will help, immensely. I personally feel I am unqualified to give the answer you and your Bronco deserve. My advice to you, is that you already have very many helpful and kind courteous people here on Broncos6G for friendly advice... Start a thread for advice, you might be pleasantly surprised on the amount of help you receive.
Also I just recently joined Bronco Nation on Facebook where fellow Bronco enthusiasts are extremely helpful and kind, most most have similar problems & concerns to help each other out- some with pretty darn good advice. #BroncoLife

IMO High is the way to go. That $2300 difference will buy you a much better sound system and phone charger. I never use cruise control on a truck with a manual transmission and had no use for adaptive cruise control.

I would suggest saving your money on the B&O, and upgrade the sound system. With the money you save you will end up with a much better system. Rock on brother...

The base system is significantly harder to upgrade though. There is no way to get a pre-amplifed clean signal out of it without converting the audio gateway to the B&O module (A2B). Then you still have to run lots of wires. Given the package comes with other goodies, I'd suggest do it and just prepare yourself to be disappointed in the system but atleast it's easy to upgrade!
