It'll be hard to say for 2024 orders. I placed mine when the order banks opened this last go around on 3/27 and mine is scheduled for a build date of 7/26.

If you want one sooner why not look for a used one or one sitting on a dealership lot? Lots out there if you look.

OP won’t be able to find a manual on the lots. Maybe used somewhere but not new. For that, it’s going to require placing an order when the MY24 order banks open. The hope is that happens mid-August but we are all waiting for confirmation. And hope that manuals are available to order again when the order banks open back up. How long they are going to take to fulfill is anyone’s guess though.

One piece of advice with your build — if you are going with Badlands and a manual transmission, you should really think twice about adding Sasquatch to that build. It’s really not necessary due to the lift the Badlands comes with (almost as much as the Sasquatch) and the gear ratio upgrade that’s included already. There are a lot of threads that detail this on the forum.

My $0.02 (and what I’m personally doing) is to order it without the Sasquatch package and increase your tire size and/or add a lift later if you really want that. Otherwise you are throwing a lot of money at that upgrade for very little return on a Badlands with the m/t.

If you are financing the jeep and order a Bronco it will likely take until the jeep is paid off. The wait time sucks but could work out well for you timing wise if you plan on trading the jeep.

It’s not totally the model it’s the options that are constrained, SAS and hardtop, plus as mentioned before no one knows yet if the manual is returning for 24. If you’re not stuck on the manual you might find a dealer who has allocations for hardtop and SAS to possibly get scheduled this year but if you look at the posts referencing current constraint percentages they maybe getting close to being balanced out for the year so that’ll definitely push you into 24.

That's not the case everywhere though. Lot more Bronco's sitting on dealership lots than a year ago, that's for sure.

And there are still a ton of people willing to pay that $10k markup. Everywhere I’ve seen may have more broncos but the markups haven’t disappeared. I don’t understand how people just willingly throw away $10k without blinking

First question you need to ask your perspective dealer(s) are: 1-Do you have sufficient allocation to fill my order this year? 2-Do you have sufficient commodity allocation to fill my order this year? 3-Do you require a deposit, if so, is it refundable? 4-Will you agree to pricing (MSRP, invoice, etc) when I place my order? 5-What is your doc fee (if any) and do you have any other dealer added items?

#5 is a tricky one as a lot of dealers charge a doc fee, which is generally regulated by the particular state the dealer's located. It's generally non negotiable and will show on the final paperwork. Also, some places with do glass etch, paint protection, anti-theft or other stuff to all the vehicles that come in regardless which will then be passed along to you without much choice. This is why you need to do some shopping and find out where the best deal is. One other thing to consider is if your local (servicing dealer) is going to prioritize you. If it means not getting a loaner or priority appointments by not purchasing from them, that needs to be factored in too. We don't have loaners for everyone and generally reserve the few we have for customers that purchase from us.

But to answer the question, your guess is as good as the next guys. The biggest factors will be what type of build you want, commodities on Ford's side, commodity allocation (assuming they still have this when '24 banks open) and total estimated dealer allocation.
