@Jason2833 My tracker did the same thing yesterday - after sitting at "built" for about three weeks it dropped back to "order confirmed." Then today it shows "shipped" and I got a confirmation e-mail from Ford telling me my Bronco is on it's way. So, yes, hopefully what you're seeing is just the normal behavior of the tracker.Mine just went from Built to order confirmed. Looks like this is pretty normal behavior with these trackers
did Ford chat provide you with the rail information?
I didn't receive any information from Ford beyond an e-mail saying it was being shipped. I live in Nashville so I think it's being transported by truck instead of rail.
Oh, yes. I see. I checked my window sticker and it says it's going rail. I'll let you know if I receive any additional information on shipment.
I asked today and was told they no longer have access to that info as of the beginning of this year…
It took a couple of hours after it changed status for me, was busy at work and home, came back in and it magically appeared!
