Great to see it really is happening!

Seeing it without the stripe, am I crazy to consider removing the stripe on mine? Thinking no stripe, and maybe the Heritage Limited script Bronco only...
I like the stripe. I'm thinking about keeping the stripe but removing the vinyl Bronco script and adding the metal script to mimic the Heritage limited. I guess I'd have to patch the pinstripe after removing the vinyl Bronco script.

$109 to get the official licensed script from Ford. Sold as a pair. Where to get a piece of matching white vinyl to fill the gap after removing vinyl script?

Ultimately, I just need to get it in the driveway and then go from there. My July 11 build date is fast approaching, so my mind is starting to race considering options now vs. when I had mentally written off ever receiving my order. There is a place that is selling the stripes, both with and without the script. So worst case, I remove it and wish I hadn't, I can buy a new one for a little more than $100 or so, put it back on, and chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I know I am going to have the grille painted to add a body color surround and just leave the white front facing. I am also looking in to buying/painting door handles in body color as well.

But, this grille below is my favorite (I don't know who originally posted this, I just saved the image), and I have already located a local auto/motorcycle painter that will do the job.

I am going to brush up on the private offer and price protection threads again. I placed my original Black Diamond order in early 2022. Got pushed to MY23 and then changed the trim to Heritage the first day I could in October last year. Called Ford today and they show nothing. Will have to go my dealership (Autonation) and see what I can find out. Oh joy!
I've got the same story as you. Original order in 2021 (Badlands), switched to Heritage first thing in October. Ford doesn't see anything in system for my certificate. Dealer says they don't look into it until the vehicle is on the lot. I'm sure this will be fun to deal with during financing.

I actually have 3 separate scripts I've bought, 1 from badgeslide, 1 which is the actual Heritage Limited one from Ford Performance and the third is the AR base base script. My plan was to either remove the pinstripe or find a filler for the Bronco sticker piece or remove it all together and go with a "spear" sticker from Underground Graphics. Will have to see it in person as to which direction I go but I'm not a fan of the "Bronco" sticker script at the front. If they wanted to be cheap Ford should have just used the sticker in the proper location for the standard and went metal for the Limited but I guess that's what the extra $$$$$ is for on the Limited.

Is the Ford Performance version true chrome, or more of a Satin Silver finish? I am hoping for something more satin and less "chrome-y".

Also looking at this Raw stainless version, but I think they are slightly smaller than the Ford version.

The Ford Performance one is chromed and shiny. You might want to look at the Archetype Racing script once they're available again, it's billet aluminum and definitely not shiny or even machined so it's a satin/flat silver.

Here's mine from AR, the top one is what they sent me as a base base but the original pic from link above showed it more chromed so I sent back the gray and they sent me the silver ones on the bottom:

Not sure which one I'll use, would have preferred the AR ones actually be polished since I like the chrome ones better but really like the call out like the old Sport script had but the dull silver isn't my favorite.

The bottom one with red back and white letters would look great on a red or black heritage.
