I heard back from my dealer today... He's saying it's in a "delayed" status with no ETA. He also tells me I cannot apply the "Bronco Transitions Private Offer" to my deal since "it is transition money that is to be used if you had a 20,21, or 22 Bronco on order that got switched to a 23 and got built in order to offset the increased cost of the 23 model year." Bummer.

That's definitely the purpose of it but I think if you for whatever reason legitimately have one associated with your order (even if it's likely by a screw up on Ford's end) you should be able to use it. I'd reach out to like the customer service or marketing team to see what they say. I don't have experience with this but I'm sure you can find threads about it for some tips.

I called the 800 customer service number. The customer service rep confirmed that I CANNOT use the Transition Private Offer. The dealer is correct. NO CAN DO, since my order was for a 2023. Bummer...

The official and general answer is no. There a rare handful of dealers that are sort of honoring it under the table, but Ford excludes Bronco for X plan.

I am able to access it fine. I've had issues before when trying to use my normal browser (Brave), so I have to use it through Chrome. Maybe try another browser?

Just got my railcar number through Ford Chat... I was shipped on the 18th. Should be able to follow the progress now using the CSX number.

I am a D-Plan order. My brother in law and Dad work at the ford store I ordered from. Not as much as saving as you think. Still cheaper than MSRP though!

Yes it updated to "built" on 6/5 and then shipped on 6/18

I noticed my build is now appearing on my dealer website as incoming inventory

anyone know how this correlates to how arrival time? My tracker states built, but not shipped

Still "in production" on my tracker. I talked with my dealer yesterday and he tells.me that my Bronco is still in MI with no noted holds, but the estimated time of arrival no longer shows 6/25 to 7/1, it only shows 7/1. I also talked to him about the transition's private offer. They seemed like they would take it as long as it wasn't expired.

Did you order a 2023? My dealer is telling me that I cannot use my transition offer since my order was for a 2023 (placed on 3/27/23), and not for a previous model year that was transitioned to a 2023... The Ford customer service rep confirmed the same .
