Thanks for the info on the chat line, very helpful. I was able to confirm delivery of our WT for week of 6/27, also was given the Private Offer cert# and amount so I can be better armed when I meet with the dealer.

I just got word from the dealer that mine is delayed. Looks like at least some of our build week rigs are falling under the axle hold. Bummer.

Yup I just received this same email and I have a tear tag and pages of modules. My dealer looked up my order and was showing build but delivery status is showing delayed. So I'm a little confused but no other option other than wait.

I got the e-mail but I pinged my dealer earlier this evening and they saw no notes on my order and said the ETA was going to be 3 weeks.

I am confused. Ford's communication is messed up - sending us wrong e-mails or the internal/dealer system is not up date.

So they are actually open to call tomorrow from 0800-8:00pm so maybe we should all call to see if this email was in error or if it means actual delays. My theory is that it is in error and is an automated email that should not have been sent. I too was on phone with my dealer and ford support today and both told me my bronco is built, has been moved to Canton, MI and is ready to be shipped and arrive between 21-27 June. So unless this delay or issue came up after my calls, I bet it’s a stupid automated message that is just confusing everyone. I guess a few folks on here have legitimate delays to their production but they have been told by their dealers and much before today I think. So weird.

That’s good. So to my point above, it appears to be in error. Anyone else reach out and find they are still good? I will tomorrow (Saturday).

When I reached out to my dealer on Wednesday, he confirmed it was built and awaiting shipment. I did however receive that same email that most of the group received. Will check with Ford chat today.

Update via my dealer. Doesn't show any holds on my VIN number and still shows an eta of July 5th.

I got the same email and have the same status from my dealer. I had talked with Ford customer service yesterday afternoon and they also verified that the status was produced awaiting transport, no holds. The email came In a few hours after the call. I did get my private offer certificate number when I called them.

What's a private offer cert?

Private offer certs are certain rebate programs that are based on certain criteria. Bronco has a few depending on when you reserved/Ordered your Bronco. The further back you did that, the more private offers you may have.

My Raptor has been stuck in the “In production” purgatory since 6/7. However I have a ETA between 6/14-6/20. Apparently the tracker only shows the primary status….Ford and my dealer has another system they can see and my secondary status shows “produced”. Mine still has not went through inspection yet. Still hoping for a 6/20 delivery but I have a feeling it’s going to be delayed.
