For those with OEM Raptor wheels (including bead lock ready), you will not need the optional shim kit. Most aftermarket wheels won't need shims, however if you have a deep face wheel they may be necessary.

I believe the customer used the bolts that Baja Designs provided with their lights. I'm in agreement that shorter bolts would make it look even better.

Our customer supplied a few pictures of Diode Dynamics SS2 pod lights installed on our mount. I think they turned out great for those that prefer Diode Dynamics.

Our shim kit will be required to installing Diode Dynamics lights due to the depth of these lights bottoming out on the OEM Bronco Raptor wheel. He preferred the lights "kicked out" to the sides for more side visability.

Thanks! This is my Raptor. First off, dealing with Fast Intentions has been a pleasure. Top quality products and they help outfit some sweet vehicles doing crazy stuff. So thanks!

To others on the fence:

Very easy install. I wired them in using a diode dynamics 4 pin dual splitter and followed by a 4 pin extension. I can easy disconnect either individually or the two together off the splitter. I ran the extension through the tailgate into the passenger rear panel and then used one of the included plugs to connect to the aux cables that lead forward. All connected up into AUX6. I do not run the amber backlight on the pair and taped that lead off. I have a mindset at not having all the extra lights for my overall strategy. Everything is "purposeful" and back lights aren't that in my books.

Quick and easy. For the Ss2s you will need the shim kit and you may want some non diode dynamics plugs into the pod if you want to go straight out. Mine are sport combo beams and plenty bright from all angles so I get chase lights and some extra amber ditch lights when out in the snow.

Worth it!
