I don’t have high hopes but I was able to escalate my last call to the promise of a supervisor callback. At this point I’m just trying to get a guarantee that my certificates will be renewed if my Bronco hasn’t reached Stephens by the time they expire.

Good luck with getting called back. I've been told that twice in the last 2 weeks........CRICKETS! No Updates since 4/13 on my Outer Banks.

That's my concern as well. With a 4/11 blend date, I didn't think the July expiration would be an issue. Hell, I thought I'd be driving the thing three weeks ago.

Same thing is happening to me, only on my right side. Seems to happen when windows are down or tops open

I have a 4/11 blend date and still showing “in production”. I have called and called the number and have been told about my “price protection” offer and the “drop the restraint” offer. Half time they tell me it can’t be stacked and the other half say it can. The half that say it can’t says that it would be at the dealership’s discretion.
When it comes to finding out why I am still seeing “in production” they tell me it is not complete or it is being detailed, whatever that means. But really they aren’t able to offer much information about it. I ask the hotline when SAC is getting their next convoy and they say they do not have the ability to see that. I ask them who does have that ability and they don’t know. To me this is not the proper channel for information and I don’t have the clout to get information like this or to cause any change. I would think that SAC would have more influence to put pressure on Ford to get the remaining Broncos to the lot but I may be totally wrong in that assumption.

I seriously can't imagine how I would handle the vehicle being built but lost in limbo like many here are. The wait until built wasn't that frustrating but after built would be terrible !

Its brutal. Before getting a build date it was just this intangible thing but now that’s it’s built and it’s just sitting somewhere in Michigan…

It’s very weird that it seems to be that one week of production. Seems like everyone in limbo was built between 4/10 and 4/15. And I’ve definitely seen people on this thread built after those dates get their Broncos shipped to SAC.

The first 993 days of waiting were fine. The last 44 have been a bummer. "Pending update" is bullshit.

Would be easier to stomach if there was some explanation or communication from Ford as to status and/or why the holdup.

So I received the email from John stating that my Bronco is in…..I can’t believe it even after 1000+ days of reserving. I’m giddy! How long does it typically take to get a call from Joe that it’s time to pick it up. I would like to schedule some vacation time so I can take a leisurely ride home.

What are people seeing for the time from when John emails to say your Bronco has arrived until you get the call to arrange paperwork and pickup? I am at 4 weeks -- I don't want to bother folks there as I know they are slammed.

On Tuesday I had been waiting almost three weeks after it was delivered. I used the general email contact to inquire about my Bronco and could I pick it up? My email was transferred to Jeremy. Later that afternoon I got the call. Picked it up 2 days later, today, May 25th. They are down to about 20 or so on the lot. Joe told me I was the only one to take delivery that day. At this point don't be afraid to contact them. I was and now it is in my garage.

See my reply to Janesnagle. They aren't slammed anymore. They do expect more next week but get out in front of those.
