ARCHETYPE RACING | RUTS - Ruggedized Utility Trail Sights

@EIGHTLUG Any chance you can take a pic of one of those modular ruts?Boy oh Boy, do I have some updates! The modular base plate and Trail Sight Delete has been machined and fit checked.The RUTS that will bolt to the modular base plate is being machined now. Essentially, what this design will allow is the ability to have the delete or the RUTS, using the single base plate. We also incorporated the ability to transfer your OEM hood weather seal to the base plate. I don’t think anyone has done that yet. More to come on this project very soon!

I'm also super eager to see these. Archetype racing makes incredibly quality parts, and I'm on a misson to replace as much of the grey plastic as possible. I'm a little torn between these and the lighted deleted, love the light idea, but also love having the sights.

It’s been a long time coming for the R.U.T.S. but I’m impressed with the final product. I still need to get the correct hardware installed for the 1/4-20 threaded locations (yes our BALLS will mount right up. You’re welcome, content creators). The limb riser attachments are next.
Like the Trail Sight Deletes, the OEM rubber weatherstrips are used. The fit it dialed right in. To the eye, it’s the right kind of chunky. Not taller, but more girth. The ability to securely mount accessories like rod holders, limb risers, antennas, GoPro, are what will set these apart.
Now that everything is set, the RUTS will go into full blown production and we’ll continue developing an ecosystem of accessories and mounts to leverage their rigidity and modularity.

Wasn’t expecting the front edge to jut out like it is, looks interesting, these are modular correct? Will you have shots of the other setups too?

I expect this is intentional to allow you to be able to remove the grille without scratching the crap out of it in the process (it already sounds destructive enough when the clips release) and not have to remove the sights to finagle the grille in and out.
I may be wrong, but that's my knee-jerk assumption.
