6-8 weeks after it is actually built. Because even though it's the 21st century, we still ship using choo-choo trains like it's the 1800s.

As for when it gets built. Wildtrack, Lux Package? We have members who have been waiting over 2 years and don't have theirs.

Lol ...... How do you expect Ford to get thousands of cars from Michigan to California

My timeline was short.
Not the from my reservation to order time….
But, once it was scheduled, it was built in 2-3 days, then arrives at the dealership 20 days later.

Basically less than a month from build to arrival.

Mine is a Base, 4dr, 2.7, w/ sas.

It’s a mix of dealer allocation and constraints. I have 2dr Wildtrak with Lux that I’m sitting at 16 months of waiting and still no build date. My dealership wont talk allocations so I have no idea if i have a chance yet or not. I’m also a priority 10 and have been so since I rolled over from a ‘22 to a ‘23 order. Good luck, I hope you don’t have as long of a wait.

Believe it or not, you can load a container or flat-track on the railroad here in Houston and get it to the Port of LA in a little more than 24 hours, ready to load on a ship. Express freight if you need it.

Not to jinx myself but I ordered a Wildtrak Lux on March 27th and have a VIN and build schedule the week of June 5th. Should I expect a delay?

The only delay you’re going to have is moving back a week or two as you have your VIN and estimated build date, or if after built it gets a plant hold for some reason. From reading the forums and all these threads it seems once your scheduled they hold pretty true to the date with one exception the HE models, I think Ford got a little ahead of themselves and are now making those order holders suffer by watching the dates move out, hopefully the most current ones for the first week of July hold. The guys waiting 1-2 years to get scheduled and watching the same build get scheduled are getting screwed by their dealers for not being upfront about the allocations but they’re price protected and can’t switch dealers.

Just ordered a '23 Outer Banks yesterday at a dealer in Fort Meyers. 2.7, lux, towing, carbonized gray MIC hardtop and rubber floor liners. Got an 'order confirmed' email from Ford while I was still at the dealer. Salesman told me 2 things: 1. He ordered a '23 OB in late March and it is being built next week. 2. Any 2023's that are ordered and don't get built by the '24 model year start, will be cancelled, and will get a refund, then will have to come in to start a whole new order for a 2024.
My 2 cents.

You obviously don’t work for FMC. Your competence in shipping is sorcery to MAP employees. It took my Bronco 8 weeks to deliver after being built.
