@Broncenstien I’ve been wrenching for a while to fit some 40’s. It has been a labor of love… and a test of my wife’s patience… I had to run a rough country 7 inch lift and do some fab work. Got the 40x13.5r17’s to fit. On 17x9 XD series wheels.

Wow! Perfect. Period...down to the debadge and tint.
Thanks! I am going for a clean looking build. I'm actually even selling my RTT and going back to the ground. The RTT was perfect over the bed of my Tacoma but I don't want to "ruin" the factory look of the Bronco. Practically I need a roof rack for more space, but I'm not sold on any of the options out right now. I'm a summertime weekend warrior and hunter and am over the "overland look".

35 x 11.5 x 17R Toyo Open Country 3
Roush - 17x8.5-inch wheel with +25mm offset
No lift - Crash bars removed
Small ammount of poke - less than 1/2 inch of tread and depending on PSI

No rub, but the wheel well is packed pretty full -Ford Performance 2" lift coming soon to remedy that.

Was this on a no sasquatch Badlands? If so did you do a lift or anything? My non sas badlands arrives soon and I want to put 315/70s on it.

Yes, it's a non-sasquatch Badlands, I only did a 1" leveling kit in the front

I'm thinking of doing this exact same swap once I get my Bronco too, but probably with a 1-inch lift in the front.
Did you have to add any spacers? I'm assuming you had to remove the crash bars.

Badlands (Non-SAS) with Black Rhino Armory Wheels, 17x9.5 +6mm offset. Mickey Thompson 35x12.5x70 Baja Boss AT. Rough Country 1" Level kit that was used a tad differently. Two spacers were used in the front (3/4" lift) and one spacer in the rear (1/4" lift) which left the vehicle with a 1/2" rake. This idea came from Northridge 4x4 off-road in Washington which can be seen in their install video. This gets me just a tad higher than a SAS bronco with a tad less rake.
