Still no built email, in production since 4/11. Talked to ford chat again and still saying the same thing that eta is may 8-14. 2 door base, anybody on the same boat?
Same thing but don’t believe her. I think it’s just basic info they feed the people on chat.

Out of curiosity, have yo received a built email or official status update yet? I noticed our builds are most similar, with both having a dual top going to Granger.
I received the "shipped" email early Monday (252am). Bronco has been on CSX railcar TTGX698944. Railcar was "delivered" to Gibson, IN on 4/18 at 1107pm. Not sure where it is now or how to track it once it's off the train. Est delivery to Granger 5/4-5/10. Hope this helps!

Due to recent and unexpected job changes I don't think it'll be possible for me to take delivery of my Bronco. Delivery is scheduled for mid-May. This kind of really sucks after over 2.5 years of waiting. But life happens when it's least convenient.

If you know anyone looking for an absolutely loaded 2-Door in Eruption Green, send them my way. I'd probably flip it to someone for current MSRP+TTL costs. I'll know for sure if I have to flip it by time of delivery. Who knows, something could change and I might be able to take it, but right now it's not looking good.

Specs: 2-Door, Badlands, Sasquatch, 2.7l, Hard and bimini tops, mod bumper, roof rails, etc. Basically every option but keypad and towing pkg.

So I probably had one of the best customer service interactions from any company I've ever dealt with.

I decided to call the Ford marketing number and check my private offer amount one last time.

A lady named Brittany picked up. She asked all the qualifying questions to confirm my offer and verify the amount.. then she made a statement and asked a simple question.

"I'm sure you're glad to be at the end of the road to get that Bronco - did you have to change anything on your order?"

I mentioned that by chance, I did. I had to go from a fully loaded WT down to a badlands minus the three constraints. I also said that I should qualify for the $2500 offer and that my dealership nor past representatives see it.

She immediately said it was a new process for them and she would create a case for me/ add me to their "tracker" for the modification offer. She then said her supervisor would contact the dealership and review the process with them. (We already know this process - and she confirmed it with me. The dealership has to select an "intent" when doing COVP on your order, or Ford doesn't know that you modified the order).

I told her that would be great as my particular dealership had their allocation pulled forward for the year, so they expect 80-90 Broncos in the next few weeks. Surely there will be others questioning the $2500 offer.

She proceeded to check on the status of my vehicle. She mentioned it was released - so we would have plenty of time; however, she saw that my ETA was 4/18 - 4/24... that wasn't going to happen. Then, I mentioned that my dealership is about 6 hours away from MAP and would be convoy. She dug a little deeper and realized that I was correct, and it seems my Bronco will most likely be there next week.

Soon as she saw that, she said, "Well, we want to ensure you get what you were offered. I'm going to call the dealership myself, as well as my supervisor. I will call you back tomorrow and inform you of what happens."

This is probably the longest wall of text I've posted on a forum, but this level of professionalism floored me. She seemed extremely proactive and understanding. We agreed that if we can help the dealer understand, hopefully, it'll cause less confusion for all parties.

I expect that our Broncos will likely be on the same truckload. I have the same date range from Ford and my blend date was 4/14. was it marketing that you called?

Yes - (800) 334-4375

She didn’t tell me an exact arrival date or where it’s at in the process , but it seemed like it's close enough for her to call ahead of her supervisor .

When I had checked via chat earlier this week they told me that they thought delivery would be the 27th... take that with a grain or two of Salt...

How did you find your rail road tracking #?

You can call Ford Marketing (800-334-4375). I called them and they gave me the train car number. If yours is on CSX Rail you can then call their automated system (800-235-2352) and find out where it's at. Pretty cool. When calling CSX, the prompt asks for the car "initials", which for was the 4 letters before the numbers (TTGX). Best of luck!
