I don't really care too much about the sound just looking for best bang for my buck performance-wise.

Well, there's so many different options out there haha. The real differentiating factor though, I would say is going to be sound.

With that said, a cat-back MAY add a bit more flow dependent on the actual diameter of the piping, but more often than not; I would say not a huge 'power gain'

If you're interested in performance, and not so much the sound, you're looking for a tune. Sound-wise, I went with the Corsa for the 2.3L. Nowadays, it seems like the performance out of a bolt on system is minimal, same with intakes. Unless you're tuning it for the aftermarket parts, HP and torque don't change much, even if the manufacturer is advertising numbers. The numbers that change aren't anything that is noticeable for the driver. Mileage might be more likely to go up than "feel" during driving.

Corsa is an awesome exhaust and it's going to be hard to find similar characteristics of their exhausts in another brands. They use a special RSC (Reflective Sound Cancellation) technology which was designed by a NASA engineer. This is what separates their systems from others as their kits don't have any drone to them. I've ran both the dual tip and single turndown system on my first edition and both of them are bad ass. Personally I like the sound of the dual tip setup but if you're looking for something that tucks up under the vehicle more for off-roading the turndown setup is great too.

Do you mind describing the sound diff between turn down vs dual?

The sound between the two is very similar to one another as they each use the same exact muffler in the same location. It's just the back section with the tips/turndown that's different between the two.

Personally I thought the turndown setup was a little quieter than the dual tip setup but it was so hard to tell as they sound so close to one another.

I put on the Corsa dual black tip cat-back exhaust. It looks and sounds amazing. It's exactly the one I was looking for. No drone when driving, I can still talk on the phone and hear my music. But when I get on it, it is a nice, louder, deeper sound even inside the car. Outside the car… It might even be a little annoying to those around me… Exactly what I was going for. Because I'm "that guy".

I went with MBRP dual- aluminized. I got a Black Friday deal last year and got it for 445. Not sure what the pricing is these days. Nice system for the money - 3" with 2.5" duals, nice SST clamps and 4" chrome tips. Super easy install. I had to paint the welded areas to prevent rust. But should be fine living in FL with no road salt. Nice sound, no performance gain although I gained .1 MPG average.

Yes the Sasquatch package has front and rear lockers included. At the time it was a bargain to get the Sasquatch package- and you could get it on the base. It included the lockers, 35" tire package, drive modes with the stronger transfer case and the 4.70 gearing for the large tires. It was a 6K option if I remember right. All that and the 2.7 V6 for 38 or 39K. I had to wait 2 years to get it though after I ordered it.

How does the MBRP exhaust sound?

I think it sounds great actually- for a V6, anyway. But sound is interpreted differently by people. People that have heard it say it sounds like a stock Raptor exhaust. It looks great too and fit and finish were top notch. I have had very good experience with MBRP overall.
