Hi, as others have stated, OP's posts are very helpful, but nonetheless would be great if you could let me know what I should expect in my situation.

I reserved a Wildtrak with Granger on 10/20/2020. But I did not place an order for a couple of years, as I kept waiting for the shadow black top (to no end apparently).

On 11/12/2022, faced with the prospect of my reservation being canceled, I finally placed an order with Granger, but switched to a Badlands, 2.7, Lux, MIC, Sasquatch, Tow. The order confirmation signed with Granger shows an agreed to price of ~59,900 (i.e., $2K below invoice at that time). The order is scheduled for build on 4/18. A couple of weeks ago, I modified the order to remove floor liners (but changed nothing else on the assurance from Granger it wouldn't impact our final agreed-upon price).

So, is $59,900 what I should expect to pay at delivery and call it a day? Or should I be eligible for some additional discount based on earlier reservation (e.g., 2020 or 2021 pricing).

For what it's worth, both Granger and Ford Customer Service said there's no "price protection or private offer "certificates" under my Ford account.

Thanks again

I would have to defer to Granger and/or Granger customers who already picked up their vehicle. Granger ran a below-invoice deal and it seems you were apart of that promotion they were running. I don't know how their pricing works, and I don't know how they are achieving their below-invoice pricing.

I would assume they are actually charging you ~$63,520, and then utilizing the $3260 private offer from Ford to achieve the agreed upon ~$59,900 price. If they aren't doing it that way... then Granger has been losing money on Bronco sales for much of the past 3 years, and I don't see how that could be sustainable for them. But that is wild speculation on my part.

Hi - long time lurker of the forum (~2+ yrs) but finally "joining". Have thoroughly enjoyed what everyone has posted, so thank you.

I am a bit confused by this thread. My dealer said I only get $2350 but I think they probably are confused also.

I ordered on the cutoff of March 7, 2022. I was then told in Sep 2022 that I was getting booted back to a MY23.

In early Jan 2023, I got an email from Ford saying I was slotted for the week of March 13 with a VIN.

I then got an email that I was being pushed back to the week of the March 20th. My vehicle was built on 3/27 and is enroute to the dealer.

I went through the flowsheet (thank you that was very helpful). Based on that, I qualify for column B ($2350) plus column C ($2000).

What I don't understand is why don't I qualify for column D? Apparently the 3/15 was the cutoff? My original date was before that but when I got moved, it went past that.

If I add B + C + D, I get to my original MSRP that I settled on in March 2022 at the time of my order.

If someone could explain that, I would be most appreciative. Many thanks!

What was odd was this line here. This may have been elucidated earlier in the thread but I must have missed it.

What does your window sticker invoice date say? Refer to page 1. This should determing if you are C or D

Another Bronco price protection chart question. My original signed Bronco order on 01/23/22 had destination and delivery at $1495 and my built window sticker from last week has d & d at $1795. Is this credit included in your price protection flowchart? I figured $2845 for my private offer & $2000 for my retail price protection. My MSRP was $29,300 on 01/23/22 and on window sticker it's $34095. Thanks for any help on this.

You do qualify for Column D.

The window sticker invoice date was March 16th, which was after the March 15th cutoff date listed in the flowchart... meaning you qualify for Column D.

(Because your invoice date was so close to the cutoff date I wanted to verify that the base price actually had the increased pricing, and it does. Thanks for sharing that info.)

Destination & Delivery is protected within a model year, but not between model years.

The original 2023MY D&D cost was $1595... so you should expect to get $200 back. And yes that amount is already factored into the flowchart and price table.

Ragnarkon - IMO I like where you’ve placed the package price increases in the flow chart. Some that may not be familiar with how a flow chart is read may stop but you’ve cared for that by stating in the March 15th 2023 box “refer to column D, and proceed to the next section.” Thx for all the help you provide!
I second that. Been lurking on this site for a couple years and you have been a huge contributor Ragnarkon! Really appreciate your patience, insight, and willingness to help!

Has anyone been told or actually received their MY23 Private Offer after their vehicle was produced? Mine currently isn't showing in the system, but I'm being told that one recent customer had their Private Offer generated when the vehicle arrived at the dealership? I'm a July 2020 reservation holder and have placed an order each year on time. Thanks!

I’m still waiting on a resolution on my certificates not showing up in the smartvincent :( order a BD on 2/2/22 and switched to a badlands on 1/27 (my only order placed) Makes me wonder if the dealership out there name and address on the order. I got all the emails from ford to my email (pizza cooker updates). This is definitely giving me some anxiety. Soon my bronco will be delivered, but no word or anything on my certificates. :( I should be excited to get my bronco but I have mixed feelings cause im not sure how this will go down when I go to take delivery.

I was told the certificate showed up a couple of days after the vehicle was built and the customer was able to claim it at time of delivery. I was also told by Ford Marketing that I should wait until the vehicle has been built, but that seems uncommon on this forum. Ford Marketing said it wasn't uncommon for the Private Offer to not show up until the vehicle was produced. I'm just trying to get this last hurdle out of the way while I wait for my production date. Thanks for any help on this matter.
