I don't trust any of these trackers anymore. My dealership just told me that the last 4 Broncos they got in didn't follow the tracker. The first two arrived when the order was showing in productions, next one showed up the week after build date, and the last one showed up 2 weeks before scheduled delivery. All we can do is keep our fingers crossed and wait....

My dealer sent me an email saying they can't find any of my rebates (PP/PCO) in the Ford system. I have had the certificate numbers since at least last fall. If Ford customer service has the information to share with me, why can't @Ford Motor Company share it with my dealer?
Your dealer should be able to use your certificate number to find you, but I would call Ford back and ask them what they found it under. It should be searchable for your dealer if they put in the right parameters. But mine said as long as I have certificate #, all was good.

I used my dealer’s last few orders as an estimate for delivery by blend date and when it showed up at the dealership. They post the window sticker pretty much the same day as the email notification I got as built. So I used that logic on the ones before me (yes, I have been following the last several they ordered; DESPERATE 🤦‍♀️😂). Then I noticed the day they posted actual pics on-site. Sales guy told me, once they pop with pics, they are there and they usually get them the day prior unless it posts following a weekend. It helped me figure out “roughly” how long it should take mine to arrive. I did get a new estimate today for delivery. It changed from 3/22-3/28 to 3/19-4/01. Blend date was 2/27 and ship email was on 3/1. I have been keeping notes. Anxious is an understatement.
Main thing I have noticed, the last 6 orders they have received are sitting on their lot. All 6 special orders and no takers. They are doing $10k over ADM and even pushing this to order holders (so I was told by someone else). I have talked to a few who took their orders and how they accomplished getting them down. My strategy on this is solid and I have been in constant communication. But because of the ADM mess, I have been watching the process like a hawk for all of their orders. I imagine some fell out over higher interest rates, but not all. They have received complaints from some, but they delete them quickly on Facebook. This has been the highest anxiety process of my life and I just want it over at this point.

Have you tried the Ford Chat to see what shows there? I was able to get my estimated delivery there before they updated the trackers.
Call the CS number. I have found that they update the tracker/email a few days later than what is happening, but the CS people have a more up-to-date view.

I’m still stuck at ‘in production’ as well. Have a 3/2 blend date, window sticker and saw the modules over the weekend. Guessing since I have a factory roof rack it’s at the mod shop.

How does one find out the tear tag info? Ford chat just gave me a link to the same info provided in the email which gives the vin #.

You can find the tear tag on the same page as the Modules. Near the top of the page.

I have a factory roof rack and am showing ‘built’. My blend was a day before you. Maybe it will show up after tonight’s update?

Wow! My modules have popped! My email tracker has also updated my build date to yesterday (3/6/2023). While it doesn't show built and I don't have a tear tag yet, I'm still happy that it got built!

Mine finally flipped to Built last night on the trackers! 🎉

Wonder if the dealer would be able to see/tell me what was done in the vehicle's build history? Curious what it had to wait a week for to get finished.

I noticed a difference in Fordpass last night before the tracker updated - before trying to activate the vehicle just gave an unexpected error or something similar. Last night I tried it again and it gave an error that said I couldn't activate the vehicle until I take delivery. Sample size of one, but may help those looking for some clue/indication about their vehicle status.

Not sure if your dealer would be able to tell what the delay was or not. Did you add anything life PPF, roof rack or extra of any other type? Might have needed a trip to the mod shop.

No extras that would require a trip to the mod shop, just a 7sp 4Dr Badlands with soft top, mid package, optional wheels, and door bags.

Hopefully it was something simple like a dented panel or something and not a problem with the transmission.

I work with medical devices that have a device history record where all production activities are recorded. I'm assuming a similar thing exists in the automotive world; however, how accessible that record is is another matter...

Ford Bronco 2/27/2023 Build Week - With Spreadsheet tenor-11

I'm officially Shipped (3/6)!
Pizza tracker says 3/20 - 4/2 and the Ford email says 3/23 - 3/29. Basically, end of the month (assuming no craziness happens).

Gotcha, hopefully nothing or a hiccup on the line before they got to you and they are just slow updating. Just glad you are seeing progress. Just look it over carefully when you get it. I plan on getting the extended warranty through Granger for mine after it shows up.
