Absolutely! Part of the reason why I have so much information is as soon as I received the email regarding scheduled for production, I literally refreshed the site multiple times a day for weeks until it finally populated with scheduled for production. Then it turned into a huge obsession after that for a very long time tracking the progress every single day seemingly every hour, every minute!

Oh I will be as obsessed as you were. I am just happy to be assigned a VIN now it's the waiting game of hopefully dodging build week changes, chip holds and delivery delays. Thanks for all your hard work putting the tracking info in one spot.

Question on the "manage" vs "details" reservation pages.
On the manage page, it states "Accepted by dealer" on the order status section.
On the details page, it states "In progress" on the "place order" section.
Is there any difference in actual progress between the two pages, or is just 2 versions of the same page, for whatever reason that would be?

I kinda feel like my dealer is jerking me around, but that's likely just because they never contact me about anything. I had to ask them about reordering, they didn't have a clue, or at least played that way. Nonexistent communication.
i totally agree. My dealer in Redlands, CA did not know of the situation of the 2500 rebate offer and what is happening to the 3 packages and 1 trm on Friday 1/20 afternoon. I had to educate and the salesperson sent to sales mgr Chris Rivas and he and i spoke and was totally clueless and told him he is doing a disservice to all bronco orders, etc. I get email on Saturday that update to change WT and 3 packages is due Monday. I replied that is not true still waiting for response. My dealership is awlful for communication and notification. I am seeing they are lying saying Monday 1/23 was the due date but actually is 3/7 to change. Not sure what is going on but asked dealer for Ford order # and they gave dealer order L050 rather than the 9 or 10 digit order #.

I should've ordered from WC Ford too before I moved to SoCal! I might actually have mine by now, and that's the closest dealership from my old house.

How did you get access this part? Mine is not showing anything
Mine doesn't show anything either and it arrived at the San Diego rail yard 3 days ago.

lol Ford just sent my built email. Train arrived in Richmond 3 days ago and dealer said it should be in by the end of the week. Better late than never Ford.

Mine was built 11/23/22 and departed MAP 1/18/23...while others that were built after mine have already been delivered.

Mine was built 11/23/22 and departed MAP 1/18/23...while others that were built after mine have already been delivered.
All too common… frustrating- a lot of us know this pain. Very sorry

Thanks, yeah too many people know this pain. At least mine is on the move now so I'm a little less frustrated. Hoping the best for everyone still waiting

Does united road not service the Houston, TX rail yards? Any chance anyone knows which company provides transport from the Pearland BNSF yard?

I'm convinced he prefers I have the least amount of information possible....or he is clueless. After days of tracking it all the way to the local rail yard I notified him and he went on to "track" it himself and said it was still sitting at MAP.

Its been sitting at the local yard awaiting transport to dealership for 2 weeks now. He says there is no way to schedule it for pickup, that the trucks just randomly pick up vehicles.

Ask to speak to GSM- Ask GSM to notify zone rep. Escalate with zone rep.
Call Ford. If your delivery date is now overdue, Ford can escalate. Zone rep and dealer can request shipment from Railyard. They lie.

Same here, mine built 12/5 shipped 12/10 made it to Illinois 12/17 (supposed to be in Texas) and hasn't moved or updated since. Getting real old real quick! Im hoping it just shows up at the dealership
