Contacted chat for the first time today and they were more than helpful. Provided me my railcar number. Tracking it tells me it arrived outside of Stl at 1 this morning. It's so close but so far away !

I also had my 1st Ford chat and was given my rail car #, so cool. I'll track it as soon as i get off work this evening.

I also had my 1st Ford chat and was given my rail car #, so cool. I'll track it as soon as i get off work this evening.
Goodluck! After looking at where it was I realized it is at it's stop! It's probably being offloaded to sit in the big parking lot to await a transport truck within the next week or two. I would happily go drive it down to the dealership for them 🤣

For all those using CSX rail and plan on using their automated tracking via phone. Be advised that the way you enter the Letters in the first part of your rail car # is really stupid! You must enter the digit that corresponds to the letter (easy) but then you need to add a number that relates to the letters position on that digit (on the phone pad). For example: my rail car # is TTGX973741. To enter the first four letters (TTGX) into the phone you need to hit the following numbers on the keypad: 81 81 41 92. Their voice recognition completely sucks-a$$ so you need to figure out your key sequence to get past this step. Another thing to utilize is the # key to complete what you just entered. Hope this helps somebody from getting really frustrated like I did.

There's a primary status and a secondary status. While secondary status is "Produced", primary status is still "In Production" as reflected on the tracker.
Yeah, it's just surprising that weeks before ours seemed to be moving so swimmingly and now they're back to the same ole same ole bs.

Thank you. That was a lot of help. My rig is headed to Gibson Indiana and should be there early Thursday morning.

That's right! After talking to the dealer, it sounds like they/Ford have nothing to do with arranging convoy shipment from the railyard. It's pretty much all on the yard to coordinate with a shipping co - all union folks. The most they can do is have the dealer manager call people at Ford HQ, and have them call someone at the yard to tell them to "get off their ass". That being said, he hasn't seen any horror stories of them sitting on the lot for weeks and that things have become much more streamlined in the last couple months alone.

Just wanted to add that since I know I've seen conflicting information on who is actually in charge of getting the Broncos out of there and delivered to the dealer.

same boat. they told me 1/26 to KC. Its doable but i doubt it even leaves the plant by then. Some of these people from a november build week just got off chip hold....

Scheduled today for 12/19. Walk in order exactly one year ago (literally 11/3/21). Converted to 23MY on 10/24 with priority upgrade from "11" to "10."

Two door in Carb Grey with Sasquatch and switches.
I saw on the spreadsheet you’re in CLT, and so am I. Is yours still on a train in Ohio? Mine was supposed be here between the 13th-19th and dealer just said today hopefully in the next two weeks…

I have not looked into the shipping enough to know where mine is currently. The email I got said that it would be here between Jan 27 and Feb 2. Not sure how accurate that is though...???
