I hear you man. No response from the dealer about a scheduled pickup yet but it's irritating how fake they make these delivery delayed emails. To ensure my satisfaction? As if it's not sitting in a railyard and you just can't pick it up yet? I'm a pretty blunt person, fake is a big pet peeve.

welp.....received me assembly line photo email today
I fall into the group of "we just did not get it done for you" emails
not the end of the world but it would have been really cool to see my truck at the end of the assembly line
Well we knew they deliver to all the local Dealerships lol. And unfortunately Dealerships can not go and pick up the vehicles. But they do have the control to schedule convoy. It's interesting that they are saying it the railyards responsibility.Here's what my dealer said about Pearland...

That doesn’t make any sense. If the Bronco was waiting for a chip, how did it leave Michigan in the first place?Here's what my dealer said about Pearland...

My biggest worry is that it has to do with the manual trans TSB to replace the 5th and 6th synchros. Maybe Ford marketing can give me a better update tomorrow.

Had to talk to a sales manager apparently, my sales guy has been out sick. The new rep they assigned it to was supposed to reach out to me but didn't.
Anyways the sales manager is going to have it out front when I go to pick it up around 4:30 today!

I would imagine that even if that is still these case, that should be something done at the dealership. Not a railyard
Sad to see that you have to go through all that trouble just to get something done. But glad to see your having good progress made and that you will take ownership soon. Congrats!
My Bronco has just got a status update "Empty Released by the Customer, Pearland TX". Now just need the dealership to schedule a pick up. Almost there!
