I hear you man. No response from the dealer about a scheduled pickup yet but it's irritating how fake they make these delivery delayed emails. To ensure my satisfaction? As if it's not sitting in a railyard and you just can't pick it up yet? I'm a pretty blunt person, fake is a big pet peeve.That is when the dealership can start scheduling pick-ups.

Well we knew they deliver to all the local Dealerships lol. And unfortunately Dealerships can not go and pick up the vehicles. But they do have the control to schedule convoy. It's interesting that they are saying it the railyards responsibility.Here's what my dealer said about Pearland...

Had to talk to a sales manager apparently, my sales guy has been out sick. The new rep they assigned it to was supposed to reach out to me but didn't.@scottfwalter, any new updates?
I would imagine that even if that is still these case, that should be something done at the dealership. Not a railyardExactly to you and Websters comments.
My biggest worry is that it has to do with the manual trans TSB to replace the 5th and 6th synchros. Maybe Ford marketing can give me a better update tomorrow.

Anyways the sales manager is going to have it out front when I go to pick it up around 4:30 today!
Just got the call. It's at the dealer! As of last night the tracker still did not show it shipped yet. I just looked at the tracker after talking to my sales guy and now it shows shipped. My rek gen mudflaps are coming today too. Perfect timing.
