Spoke with a Ford rep on Friday, I was trying to get a real-time update on my Bronco. They informed me that it was delivered on 12/22, but to a different dealer.

Called my dealer and told them what that Ford rep told me. She said they were wrong and that my Bronco is sitting at the Mira Loma Union Pacific rail yard waiting for a truck convoy to transport it to the dealer.

Does anyone know the expected wait time from the rail yard to the dealer? Am I just at the mercy of the truck drivers and if they have the manpower and availability?

From what I’ve read on this great forum, typically expect at least a week. Actual results vary wildly.

Well, my days of watching trackers and snacking on Tums are over.
We finally drove our Bronco home today.
I can’t say if the wait was worth it yet, but it sure feels damn good to have it.
I truly hope you all get yours soon.

did you get any shipped notifications or rail info before the dealer called saying it arrived?

Don’t give up hope! After mine “shipped” on 12/7, I just got a railcar number, Railcar # TTGX994091, CSX, heading to Dixiana, SC. Ford thinks it will be delivered around the 12th, but I used the CSX Touch Trace, it estimates arrival to Dixiana SC (about an hour from my home town) on the 17th. Currently in Ohio.

CSX rail car use this:
Touch Trace Telephone Tracking: Trace rail cars with Touch Trace: dial 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), options 2-1-3.

This was my route for Dixiana just last week.

I'm in the same boat. Built 12/1 and got the "shipped" email on 12/5. Since then, nothing. There is no rail car info, and the ETA has been changed 5 times. I just checked with chat again, and while they assure me it has left the plant, they can't tell me anything else except to repeat the same bullshit estimates that are on the backdoor tracker. My dealer has no info either.

I share your frustration. Same exact built and shipped dates too. Still in Michigan, no rail car. EDD pushed 5 times and I know it’s about to be for a 6th time too. So frustrating

Mine has been sitting in a rail yard in New Orleans since 12/27. Only needs to go 2 hours away… Just got bumped another week.

Oof I just checked with chat and my window has been pushed back a week every week since 12/16-12/22…. My last window was 1/6-1/12… now today I got a window of 2/1-2/7. I’m really hoping that since it’s not simply pushed back a week that this window is actually correct. Literally sitting completely built with no holds for 2 months in Michigan! It doesn’t make any sense.

Mine finally made it to Nashville, 12 days after leaving Michigan. Took me 9 tries to get CSX to understand my car number. You have to be in a soundproof chamber and talk painfully slow before it picks it up. "TTGX" - ERTM, is that correct?

It's not even close with what it picks up.

It seems that when my dealer "Automatically" updated my order for 2023, they left the tow package and switches off the order. I re-checked my window sticker and they aren't listed. Their fault, but I definitely shoulda caught their mistake, no excuses. The 4.27/locker is listed, and I do have the dash button for the locker so I guess I'll assume it's installed.

Kind of obvious, but I would suggest that you all pull up your window sticker and make sure all of your options are listed.

Wow. Should be pretty clear if it has the locker though it’ll be up top the dash with your hero buttons. You didn’t notice the auxiliary switches and tow hitch missing when you were at the dealer?

I screwed up on this too. When I gave up hope on a 2-door and went to a 4-door soft top (Badlands) the modular bumper wasn't listed, it said "steel bumper". I didn't even know there was a third bumper option let alone something called a "capable" bumper until I saw a thread on it here.
