I tried the Ford chat to get my private offer certificate (price protection). They told me to call
Marketing Program Headquarters (MPH) at 1-800-334-4375.
Which I did and they gave me my certificate number. You might want to have this info in case your dealer doesn't have the details.
The lady was super friendly on the phone and asked if I would like to know the status of my vehicle. Obviously I said yes. Sadly she didn't have any more info other than it being at Alliance ramp. At least she tried.

I just got off the phone with Ford marketing team and my truck shipped via rail CSX carrier at 12:08 Eastern time.

I just did the same thing and they said they didn't see anything under my name in the system. Told me the dealer should be able to find it. I reserved in early 21 but I have a feeling they aren't going to give me price protection because I didn't actually place my order until Oct 22.
They should have one for you. My order was confirmed Oct. 22, 2021 and I have one. Try calling again if you can.

I went to a credit union and was able to snag a 4.8 with a credit score above 800. All the banks and Ford credit were around 5.7 to 6.5. Not a big savings but I will take it.So this is just a quick application on the USAA app but doesn't this seem a bit high? Granted I'm not an 850 anymore thanks to the ex (from 10 yrs ago!!!!!!!) defaulting on student loans last year but I am back over 780. Is it just the rates these days?

They just got back to me. They said that it typically takes 4 - 5 days (recently) for the truck to make its way to the front of the pack of vehicles being unloaded at the railyard, then picked up by their transport, and brought to the dealership.
