I’ve noticed that the audio on their automated system can’t “hear” well and had that response - but when I repeated the letters of the car very slowly, it was able to track it - hope this helps - the rail car is supposed to arriving in Chicago on Saturday

Talked with Ford Chat this morning. Bronco is built and released for shipment, but the convoy carrier keeps delaying the shipment. Had an original ship date of 1/2... now its pushed to 1/20.

So checked again, the CSX voice recognition sucks but they finally got it, they said my Bronco had made it to Clearing Chicago, what's next?
Glad you got some news on yours - I’ve checked multiple times today and even after trying to be as clear in my speech as I could be, the rail car has “no status” but was supposed to be in Chicago tomorrow per yesterday’s update…

Mine made it to clering Chicago, then Gibson Indiana on CSX. Now when I just called CSX again, it said it departed Juliet Illinois (back to Illinois!) on BNSF

Yup same one same area! Let me know if you find anything out like actual eta to whatever railyard is around here or other way to track it. I have no idea how to tell what’s next
As much as I am thrilled about purchasing and owning my Bronco I am disappointed. At the end of the day this is a business transaction between consumer and supplier. The lack of communication Ford provides is sad and despicable for a corporation of its size. I really wish and would appreciate so much more the effort to actually take my money rather than feel like I’m waiting for my fix or something. I really hope Ford picks up the ball. Especially for the folks who’ve been waiting for years and years to give away their money for a novelty vehicle.

These are the stops/locations another member's railcar took to get from Wayne Michigan to Alliance Rail Yard in Haslet, TX for final delivery via truck to D/FW dealerships. His was part of the 12/12/2022 build week, like mine, but it got shipped more than a week before mine. I believe mine is following this same route:
- Wayne MI
- Chicago Clearing IL
- Gibson IN (Hammond, IN)
- Fort Madison IA
- Kansas City KS
- Oklahoma City
- Gainesville TX
- Alliance Rail Yard Haslet TX (Fort Worth)
From Alliance, it will be transferred to truck and driven to the dealership.
As far as ETA, the days between his stops might have been extended due to the holidays, but it took three days between Gibson IN and Fort Madison IA. From Fort Madison to Alliance only took three more days. I'm hopeful this train will arrive at Alliance in about a week or less.
