@meredith_texas have you received any update from your dealer? Nothing from my dealer other than it’s at alliance.
Nothing. I've found everything out from using this forum and calling CSX for updates (until it was unloaded). After it arrived at Alliance my salesman told me it was in Blue Island, IL. Needless to say Ford's communication is lackluster at best.
I haven't asked about VINVIEW or if they know what carrier picks it up from Alliance- because I kind of think they wouldn't know.

My delivery date to dealer is still set at 1/2-1/8 and hasn't changed since the original estimate.
Have you asked your dealer about VINVIEW or the trucking company?

My dealer sent me a video of his computer screen showing it’s at alliance. I believe it was the vin visibility report. My date was bumped back from 1/2 a 1/8 to 12/31 - 1/6.

This last leg of the journey is the worst one yet. As we know they are in town sitting on some concrete lot.

Finally got the official Built Email:

Great news! Your 2023 Bronco Badlands™ 4 Door has been built. Right now, we are performing some final inspections on your vehicle to get it ready for shipment. While this could add time to your wait, it ensures that we deliver a vehicle that you can depend on.

Let see how long the added wait will be.

Happy New Year 12-12-2022 build week group!

Got an update from CSX this morning. My railcar's scheduled arrival at Chicago Clearing, IL moved one day earlier to Jan 4th now.

How are you checking these updates? When I call in its so hard to give the system my railcar numbers. It always messes up the letters. And then the key pack isn't being recognized.

I can’t even get my rail car number from Ford. They say it has not been inputted in the system yet even though my Bronco left the MAP.

Here is Ford Chats latest, they said its Built, in transit with a railcar number but says it still on a hold. I've never seen anything like this. Anyone got a clue on what's going on?

I show your 2023 Bronco - is In Transit. The Railcar # is TTGX706981 (Norfolk Southern Corp ) and the estimated arrival date is 01/06/2023. The vehicle location is Ramp 4G, Mi Assebly Plnt, MI. There is a hold on your vehicle. I am not able to see what the hold is for.

I've been using @scottfwalter's instructions with my railcar number (mine is also TTGX). You have to literally press the '#' key as described:

I found the CSX voice prompt tracking to be a pain especially when there is background noise. I used touch tones:

1# (to get location)

81814192# (Railcar Car Initials mine were TTGX. You need to spell it out with a number which the letter occurs on the keypad. Then a number indicates the position of the letter on the keypad.)

254837# (Railcar no.)

## (Indicate no more railcars)

Press 1 for tracking.
When it ask for rail car initial use your keypad TTGX = 81814192
Then use your keypad to enter railcar number
When it ask for the next car number say done.

I found this much easier than trying to talk to their system.
When I check location on mine this afternoon it had departed Oklahoma City today. I’m guessing we’ll be able to pick up by the weekend.

Trust me, that's where I was at. 2 weeks with no update. Hang in there.

Getting the vehicles from the rail yard to the dealer is the next big hurdle to face

I’m hoping it won’t be too bad for us. Our dealership is fairly high volume and is only about 15 miles from the rail yard in Houston.

What dealership is yours going to again? Mine is Ford Mac Haik near Katy.
