So, I contacted Chat... then I called Marketing (because Chat suggested I do so).

Chat didn't have a railcar number for me yet, but they said they can totally provide it once the truck's status is in transit, so I'll need to get back with them on that in a few days I suppose.

Chat also said they couldn't really speak as to anything regarding pricing, so I couldn't get any details on the price protection guarantee from them. I'm still up in the air as to how that's going to work out. No mention of any certificate numbers. They did say the dealership would get something 45 days after the sale -- maybe that's the rebate others have alluded to?

Chat told me to call Marketing regarding the baby picture, so that's where I went next. Marketing was cool but said the baby pics are actually random, not everyone gets one, and they don't have a way to request them, so if you get one, you get one, but they don't photograph every one coming off the line.

Guess for now all there is to do is sit back and wait a few days for the pizza tracker to show up as shipped.

Same here. Updated this morning no email, picture or shipping info yet.
Ya I didn't get any pictures either. My tracker has changed from built to shipped so I don't know if that actually means it's already in transit. Maybe it's coming sooner than I thought.

Hopefully the progress continues. Original blend date was 12/21 then it went to 12/23. Tracker shows the "In Production" dot, but no date under it. I've been told it's "at the plant", but nothing beyond that. Keep hope alive!!

I just got off the phone with my dealer and they are saying there is no up front price protection, as someone else mentioned chat told them, but rather when the dealer gets a rebate from Ford they will then pass it on to me and 45 to 60 days. IF! I ordered 8/21

Same, my blend date was 12/23 and mine is still stuck on "In Production" with no date and I keep checking to see if the modules are online but no luck. It's odd seeing people whose Bronco's have already been built and shipped when I have another friend whose bronco was built the week of 12/5 and it still hasn't shipped.

Have them check Smart Vincent to look for a Private Offer for you.

I don't think anyone with a 12/21 blend has seen any progress yet. Or if they have, they've not posted about it. So I'd imagine once they get back to work we'll see 12/21 and beyond start some movement, hopefully.

I have no idea what Smart Vincent is, but I asked my sales guy and he said I have a certificate there so... woot! Thanks for the advice!

Only reason I knew was from this post - https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/ultimate-2023my-price-protection-flowchart.58270/

and specifically
" Unlike 2022MY, all 2023MY price protection rebates will be handled via private offer certificates in Smart VINCENT under Pgm #38644 "

In any case, glad you're squared away now.

Tracker changed from built to shipped today for me. I’m down in San Antonio, TX so I have no idea how long the shipping part takes. Didn’t think there would be as much movement as we’ve seen this holder season. I hope these employees are getting massive overtime pay and they’re building all our Broncos with love not angst and frustration for working over holidays and weekends.

Sure would be nice to get some updates on the 12/21 - 12/23 blends! Patience is wearing thin. Holding on though. :cautious:
