Yup got new dates myself! We have 12/30 - 1/5. She said tentative delivery 01/2/23. I just don’t see it as possible given the track record.

Are you officially in shipped status on the tracker as well?

No idea if this is going to lead to any more information whatsoever, but during my time of frustration last week I had made a comment on a Ford Bronco post on Instagram. Well the Ford Bronco official page told me to DM them with information and so I did and I explained the whole awaiting shipment status with no updates or no rhyme or reason and how someone else within my same build week at the same dealership received theirs without issue. They responded to the DM just now and mentioned they’re going to forward my info to their escalated support team. No idea what that is or means or if I’m just going to receive the same info I have been receiving, but I will certainly report back. I didn’t even realize the Instagram page was at all connected to that side of the company.

Yes it says shipped, or in transit to my dealer.

Given that 80% of my wife’s Christmas presents were Bronco related items, it sure woulda been nice to have had it delivered either the week before or after Christmas.
I keep telling myself it will all make for a funny story story one day, or we can brag about how much we suffered to the next generation. Lol

This is sooooo frustrating and difficult!! I just need to vent. I honestly don’t understand how they can let a brand new, custom ordered vehicle let sit for 2+ weeks, after being built and released to ship, in a snow storm, while other get shipped off… with no rhyme or reason. It makes zero sense! It is so hard to plan around getting a new vehicle when you have NO clue as to when it will ACTUALLY be here! What other company could ever get away with this without it being all over media outlets? I don’t understand how this isn’t made a bigger deal, how people that aren’t in this forum aren’t aware how completely incapable @fordmotorcompany has become!?

Just got off phone with Ford Bronco Support line and they said my vehicle is scheduled to be picked up between 12/26 – 01/01 which was the EDD given previously.

No rail car number, but I asked if this is expected to change or be delayed and was told that the pick-up date wouldn't change and it could be gone already the system hasn't been updated since 12/02.

Still no shipping email and pizza tracker says "Awaiting Shipment"

I love how confident they are that it'll get picked up on a certain date and nothing will change, but at the same time, "Who knows it could be gone already..."

Probably just changing rail lines to head a certain direction. Just be thankful yours left the plant.

Frustrated. Was supposed to leave on BNSF 2 days ago. It’s still in Blue Island IL.

I called customer service and asked them if ford was so rich that they can let their 60k car just sit in a shipping yard for weeks? The ford rep had no answer.

Delivery window just changed to 12/28-1/3. This is my first change since built status. Still no shipped status or emails.

When I call a for a status update, they explain my price protection is only good until Jan 3rd 2023. My wonder is will it expire, will they honor this still? I mean it’s not my fault they are late.

Since my status has been “inactive” until today, the change to “pending pickup” means my Bronco in Delaware waiting to be trucked to my dealership in NJ?????
Theoretically I could drive 2hrs to actually put eyes on it, but I still have to wait hrs/days/weeks/months to actually receive it?
