Where is my Bronco?! How to track order, delivery, info thread [updated December 9, 2022]

I started my journey on CSX mid November. It was transferred to BNSF early December. It has been stuck in St Paul, MN for several weeks now waiting to be delivered to North Dakota. Then I just received an email from Ford stating it will take longer than expected to receive the Bronco. Now the ETA is early January which is 2 months from the built date. Not sure why the long delay but hopefully yours goes more quickly!

I've started the journey on CSX but am down in Texas. Do I continue to track with CSX the whole way or do I need to switch tracking with BNSF at some point?

Golden ticket Bronco Raptor was finally built 12/08. It is still sitting waiting to leave via CONVOY. From what I have seen on the forum, it seems like that could be 2 days to 5 months. Is that accurate? (Asking b/c I have a Vroom/Carvana bid for my manual-transmission Big Bend that expires in 4 days.)

Convoy is a tough one because it requires multiple things. Not only does it (usually) require a full load in order to make the run, it is also dependent on drivers and availability. Sometimes drivers move to areas that have higher demand in order to keep working, causing shortages in other areas. It’s also the holidays which might lead to longer wait times, alomg with weather a factor. But chances are you will get it sooner than later .

Has anybody heard that there bronco is "holding waiting for placement" when checking the delivery status? Mine says that when I call union pacific. It had an ETA of today but doesn't necessarily says delivered.

Didn't see this question for CSX, are the initials the letters in the railcar number? i.e. TTGX. And the numbers the rest? 160781 I'm in Europe until next month and phonecalls are expensive so I'm asking family to follow these instructions for me.

Sounds 100% legit
I do tell people to call marketing, chat or deskwr and have them confirm by reading you the number again, as. Some have been known to transpose numbers …

My brother just said Willard, OH on 12.23 and Chicago on 12.31. Sounds kind of awkward for a delivery to Texas..... ???? Not your problem, and not an issue for me unless I can't receive by 26 Jan, but thank you for the quick responses. Gotta love good people in these days.

I received a shipped email from Ford saying my Bronco was shipped on 12/2. However, neither Ford Chat nor Marketing have been able to give me rail car information. They all insist it has been shipped but my 3 attempts to get rail car either by phone or chat have turned up zero. I'm a little worried it hasn't left MAP even though everyone insists it is in transport

Chicago clearing is major transfer exchange for south, west and east deliveries.. you are where you need to be!

Last Friday the automated CSX trace tracking said my OBX was in Wayne, Michigan. Today it's saying no status available. What the heck....

One did that for a day while it was waiting for a BNSF line.
