So as of now they still have no update. Called Ford CS as well as tried Ford Chat. They say it's awaiting shipping and that the tracker should update within a week of it being completed. But it's been produces since 12/15 and still nothing. They keep giving me a ETA of 12/26/22-1/1/23. Let's be real, there is no chance it will be here by then. Really sad that Ford can't get their communications together.

They say when it reaches Jan 1 with no new information, then the system will just create a new ETA.

I've been following the forum for quite some sometime but never posted before. I called customer service today also today. They told me that it has been released to carrier but is still at MAP. Original delivery ETA 12/20 -12/26 now 12/24-12/30. Hoping this ETA sticks. I'm about 7.5 hours from MAP. Not holding my breath though. 2 dr Badlands- Sas-7 spd man- mid-tow-area 51. 7/15/2020 res. Blend 12/17/22. Build 12/20/22.

Completely agree.

As a former ford guy, I can agree. The communication is one of the worst things about Ford. Internally and externally.

Ford Chat just gave me a new ETA of Jan-14-2023 to Jan-20-2023.

Does anyone know the date the plant reopens after their break?

Just got off the phone with Ford. My vehicle should be arriving at the distribution center in California on January 1. Then to the dealer on January 4th.

Built: 12/17

When are you supposed to get yours? My dealer speculates that I won’t receive mine until the end of January, possibly, the beginning of February. According to his email.

I was told today the estimated time arrival for my truck is 16 January and she also gave me the time of day it’s supposed arrive at the dealership
2:30 PM Arizona time on the 16th
But she also conceded that she has no carrier information for me at this time.
I called this morning so they may have another update for me I’ll check tomorrow.

Well, tomorrow is suppose to be the day it gets delivered built on 12-19-22 on ramp 4G. I can hope it’s true- but I will not hold my breath

After almost 2 weeks of no updates, the tracker now shows Built 12/26, and arranging shipping. I know I have to give it at least another two weeks for delivery though.
