I'll have to try Ford chat later today and see if I can get that info too. You would think with how far tracking tech has come they would have RFID Gateways setup for tracking these. It would be a simple way to populate movement info and stop confusion like the B6G member who's bronco was Lost in a shipping yard for months. We would put a tag on every pallet when we shipped goods in Iraq. If an army convoy can do it there's no reason multi-billion dollar rail companies can't.

Spoke with Ford Chat on Friday and got my CSX railcar # and subsequently had success in calling to track it using the CSX automated system. Does anyone know if they go from rail to truck or jump on UP rail (I'm located in DFW)

You can search the forums for someone whose rig has gone to the same dealership and see if they can provide the rail stops. Mine is going to Granger. I've posted the rail stops in my signature. If you're on CSX you can track it all the way to the last stop before it gets put on a car hauler to the dealership. Also, if the recording says "no ETA available" you can try again in a few minutes. Sometimes it'll then update. If not, no worries... the rail car may be in transit or waiting to be loaded onto another train. In any case, once you learn the stops it'll take, it's exciting to track. My girl reached her final rail destination. Waiting for verification from trucking co. of her waiting to picked up for final delivery. Target delivery is supposed to be first week of Jan but I’m hoping against hope that maybe it will get delivered this week. Fingers crossed!

Nothing been updated in the system for over a week - according to the dealer mine WT is built and is on Ramp R1 4G and it's delayed in "logistics network" whatever that is

I'm sure that's what's happening to a lot of us. Maybe they are waiting for the rail car to be full or maybe waiting for the rail car to be picked up.

I just got off the phone with Ford customer service, and she was able to access more information again today which I believe is credible. My truck was released from Ford on the 26th To the carrier.
however no Carrie information available yet, and my truck is scheduled to arrive at my dealership at 2:30 Arizona time on January 13th.
getting this information this morning hopefully makes for a good day, I know it’s already put me in a better mood Just to have some clarity on my situation…

I just got off the phone with Ford customer service, and she was able to access more information again today which I believe is credible. My truck was released from Ford on the 26th To the carrier.
however no Carrie information available yet, and my truck is scheduled to arrive at my dealership at 2:30 Arizona time on January 13th.
getting this information this morning hopefully makes for a good day, I know it’s already put me in a better mood Just to have some clarity on my situation…

I've been holding off giving them a call. But I may see what they have to say today. Havent had any updates on the bronco or in the tracker since 12/15. Something weird is going on for sure.

Try getting your railcar information from Ford Chat. I got mine last week and just confirmed through the automated phone system at CSX that my car is has arrived at Alliance railstation (Gainsville, TX)
My rail car for reference is TTGX983220

Just got off the phone with Ford. My vehicle should be arriving at the distribution center in California on January 1. Then to the dealer on January 4th.

So as of now they still have no update. Called Ford CS as well as tried Ford Chat. They say it's awaiting shipping and that the tracker should update within a week of it being completed. But it's been produced since 12/15 and still nothing. They keep giving me a ETA of 12/26/22-1/1/23. Let's be real, there is no chance it will be here by then. Really sad that Ford can't get their communications together.
