Anyone else had leaks after washing their bronco? I hand wash with a garden hose and noticed droplets of water on my rear seats over the late summer and fall. Could never pin point the location of the water but assumed it was somewhere near the B pillar. After the cold weather hit this week, I noticed my bronco was whistling like crazy and noticed snow coming through the passenger side b pillar. After investigating I could see daylight coming through the inside of the roll bar on the passenger B pillar. The weather seals on both sides look terrible and there is a clear hole in one of the weather strips. Has anyone had a similar situation resolved by ford or a dealer service department?

Lubricants don’t do anything for a shit seal design with huge gaps. Lmao.

OP, yes this has been known for a long time. I posted pics of the gaps in those same locations long long ago. Shine a flashlight from the inside and you will see where all the wind noise etc comes from. Sucks they have done nothing to address it yet.
Did this get resolved for you? Did a dealer replace the top, or the seals at least?

Welcome to the world of removable hardtop with separate front sections…I have all the same gaps and such in my seals. Mine also drips occasionally when going through the touch less car wash. I don’t subject mine to weather and temperature extremes yet because dealer wouldn’t give me enough for my trade so I kept it for daily/beater status.

Lol. You’re new here I take it. There is nothing the dealer can do. It’s a shit design, not a defect with your top. They are all the same.

I get sprayed in the face when I go through a car wash and the passenger side middle front latch doesn't hold that's where the water comes spraying in

I guess I've been lucky with mine. No leaks just a little wind noise at higher speeds.

Last Friday it was while it 0° out and snowing with 40mph winds, I open my door when leaving work to find some snow on the front and back passenger seats. This is with the hardtop.

When I had left for work that morning I had to wrestle with the windows free as they were frozen solid and tried to close on the outside of the window seal when I closed the door. I had to pull over after a few blocks to mess with the back window, which was letting wind noise in. I spent 45mins on the highway with no further wind noise so I'm faily confident they were sealed when the snow made it in.

I think a lot of it has to do with the luck of the draw. Bad design, yes, but some are put together better than others. 25k miles and 15 months later, no leaks so far.
