I was a 12/12 blend and had my tear tag on the 12/19. No updates since. Checked with the chat and got bad news.

Ford pass app seems to be completely built, now shows my exact build in the profile picture.
however Ford tracker says I’m still in production. Is it possible the truck shipped, and on its way the desert

Yeah im in the same boat. Not sure what's going on. Any time I call Ford Customer Service they say it's waiting to ship as well. I have a good feeling tho that it's already shipped.

I concur with you, their information is almost a week old Fords system has not updated since the 16th.

No tracker or email updates, but I noticed a change in the Ford Pass app. Previously, when I tapped the "Activate" button, it gave me a generic error message saying something's not right. Now, it says "Feature Unavailable - This vehicle cannot be activated at this time. Please try again once you've taken delivery of your vehicle."

In addition, under the "Vehicle" tab, I now have "Wi-fi Hotspot" under Features & Settings. Previously, I had nothing listed.

So I guess this is a little more progress.

Mine says activation pending. Hopefully when someone starts up my bronco will activate and I will know it landed somewhere.

Exactly what they told me with mine. So now I just sit and wait. I have a good feeling they may have already shipped.

Weird. I was never told that.

I was not informed via the Ford customer service number that my Bronco is on any kind of hold. They just stated that they are waiting for it to be loaded on a rental car and sent to the dealer.
