The "beadlock capable" wheels can be mounted in street style, or beadlock style w/the add on beadlock rings sold as an accessory. 1 wheel for hardcore offroad and street use...albeit not exactly convenient to switch. Agreed not a needed option for light use. Really cool option for some of us, and there is no penalty for street use...just looks cool!Seriously, why would anyone pay up front for beadlock capable wheels on a Badlands that is used at all on the street? If someone wanted to use them, they would need another set of wheels and rubber for the road anyway. The sensible thing would be to save the money up front and only buy a set of beadlocks if they truly were going to use them.
The real question is; Is the option cost of the cosmetic (and likely never used extra utility) of the larger wheel/tire package more than the cost of a (possible) re-gear and conventional wheels/tires in the Samsqanch size? (and you could sell the factory 33's in about 15 seconds for a good bit of coin as well if you did not want them)
