Yah he isn’t seeing that. He personally got one and it took about 2 weeks to ship but who the hell knows now. I sold my car at the end of November since I got what I paid for it - thinking I’d only be out 2 weeks sharing with the wife. My lock expires the end of feb so I’m not exactly loving this.
Yeah I feel you. I still can’t speak because my estimated is this week, but I’m still in awaiting shipment status and I don’t see how it gets from the plant to here in the same week, but who knows. It’s been a few weeks, certainly enough time I would think. Just want some actual information from them.
Same here, my ETA is 12/21. But my status has been Awaiting Shipment since 11/29.

Haven't bothered Chat the past month until Saturday - they stated I was still on chip hold, but that it was 'produced'. It was the same statement last time I checked with them in mid November.
Did this move to built because i reached out to Chat Saturday? Who knows? Do I get excited again now?!

I learned that you have to deal with ford chat like you’re dealing with a 5 year old. You have to ask very direct and specific questions otherwise they leave out information. I called one day to get shipping information and the guy I talked to said I was on a chip hold. Then about an hour later the tracker updated to shipped. I called back and the lady I talked to gave me my rail car number. I told her an hour ago I was told chip hold. She said the notes said chip hold but it was released and shipped. All that info was there the whole time it’s just the first guy I talked to was either lazy or didn’t want to be bothered and saw chip and stopped reading. The delivery estimate was the 17th to the 23rd but I was doubtful as it never changed status. Built as of Saturday the 11th. Convoy

I'm still waiting. Not sure how many steps/stops it has to make, but at least it's getting closer! Fingers crossed they at least make the estimated Jan 1 - Jan 7 delivery dates.
