My rail car is at it's final stop. Status this morning was "AVPL Edgemoor Delaware", now it's "Ground Only Port Wilmington Delaware". I think the next step is "actual placement" followed by "UNLD" (unloaded). After that you can't track via the railcar # anymore. I saw a thread to track convoy via United Road but it doesn't seem to work anymore. It supposedly gives you the planned route from the railyard to the dealership.

I'm in the same exact boat. Supposedly it was shipped 12/5 with an estimated delivery between 12/19-25 but speaking with Ford chat they informed that:
"The latest posting show that your vehicle is 'In Transit' in the primary status and 'Shipped from Plant' in the secondary status, however, no details are notated as to the transportation company name or rail car or convoy carrier number."

Have you tried reaching out to your dealer yet to see if they might have any tracking information? I keep hearing about VinView (dealership tracking tool), but haven't approached my dealer about it just yet.

reached out today, but my salesperson was out sick and said he'll check tomorrow. i'm pretty sure they'll see the same thing that the ford chat can see.

Following up: the United Road site does work, and it's doesn't help my addiction at all because it's even greater tracking detail then before. I could meet the delivery driver at the dealership when it arrives if I want. I found the post below very helpful.

it’s very finicky but you have to create most of it on your phone…


just follow the United road portion of the video to a T and should work just fine!

Following up: the United Road site does work, and it's doesn't help my addiction at all because it's even greater tracking detail then before. I could meet the delivery driver at the dealership when it arrives if I want. I found the post below very helpful.

When does United start working? Is it when it’s on a train or on a truck on its way to final destination? I’ll put in my vin and nothing pops up. Just trying to gauge if that means it’s not even on a train yet or if it just hasn’t gotten onto a truck at the rail yard? That is if my theory is correct of some of our shipped statuses just being glitched or delayed.

I would guess it starts when your railcar arrives at the destination railyard. There also could be other trucking companies besides United Road that dealerships could use. The video suggests United Road is an east coast company and there may be other companies out west.

I honestly don’t know much at all about tracking vehicles….but I managed to get this far with United Road. I haven’t gotten a “shipped” email, Ford tracker shows me as “Built” on 12/9, no baby pic yet either.
Now I’m just hoping that since United has my VIN and Dealership, my Bronco is on a convoy (not too far away).

I would guess it starts when your railcar arrives at the destination railyard. There also could be other trucking companies besides United Road that dealerships could use. The video suggests United Road is an easy coast company and there may be other companies out west.

Mine uses Hansen & Adkins auto transport. Not sure how to track them yet.

This is great. All good signs I really do think the tracker just got glitched for a lot of people or is just crazy delayed. There’s a lot of signs to Broncos just showing up without the customers ever receiving shipped status. Fingers crossed for sure! Thank you for the info!
