Mine supposedly shipped on 12/2 but didn't get the shipped email until 12/5. Since then I have tried getting rail car info from Ford 3 different times. No one was ever able to provide it so I asked my dealer. He responded yesterday saying he didn't have any information they I didn't have and that in his experience Ford's ETAs are pretty accurate. I don't know what to think anymore. I apparently can't even be sure that my truck has even left MAP.

That's where I'm at too. Don't think it's really even left MAP.

Ford’s tracker is definitely loading significantly slower today.

Norfolk Southern tracker says AVPL Edgemoor, DE, Dec 14, 5:16 PM. It's not 5:16 PM yet so it's either wrong and should be AM, or it's forecasting when it's getting there.

I have learned that AVPL is "available for placement " I found it on the F-150 Lightning forum

I think Edgemoor is the final rail stop for me as my dealer is only 38 miles from that railyard. (Echelon Ford in Stratford, NJ)

Ugh. My dealer is only 12 miles from yours and ours both shipped rail on the same day, but mine seems to be stuck in Cleveland, OH.
At least you're making progress. You must have been good this year. Probably too late for me to change my ways to get on the good list.

I wonder if anyone has had any luck with requesting an update via VinView from their dealer? Just to see if it is in transit or not yet at least.

My sales person gave me the exact same update as Ford chat that it's awaiting shipment. I'm holding my excitement and expecting sometime before mid January. I love that others are getting a fast turnaround but I'd rather set my expectations low than endure more heart ache and sorrow.

I believe the Ford tracker website is slow due to maintenance and fixing the bugs, fingers crossed. We will see some updates by tomorrow. I'm just hoping that if they're doing the maintenance they will give us some updated information of what's going on, so we know when to expect our broncos... still on microchip hold! I wake up every morning hoping to get an email...

So I got the email from Ford that it shipped on 12/10. Contacted chat to try and get a rail car number just a few minutes ago. Chat told me it updated and shipped on 12/5 from their last update, but still can't provide me with a rail car number. No idea what to think and no way to see what's going on

I'm in the same exact boat. Supposedly it was shipped 12/5 with an estimated delivery between 12/19-25 but speaking with Ford chat they informed that:
"The latest posting show that your vehicle is 'In Transit' in the primary status and 'Shipped from Plant' in the secondary status, however, no details are notated as to the transportation company name or rail car or convoy carrier number."

Have you tried reaching out to your dealer yet to see if they might have any tracking information? I keep hearing about VinView (dealership tracking tool), but haven't approached my dealer about it just yet.
