Actually, Yes! These were the preliminary renders to get the size and proportions squared away. The rack/light bar/air dam will be able to be individually purchased, according to your needs, but will all work together seamlessly when fully accessorized. The upper mount for the limb risers will be incorporated too. Another week and we’ll have a completed render to share.

All of the typical asks will be addressed.

• overall lightweight
• ability to remove roof panels without removing the rack
• zero maintenance materials (aluminum extrusion, stainless steel, machined billet aluminum, carbon fiber composite, and carbon fiber. (The sauce will be dripping off this one)
• modular design
• highly configurable
• easy to install/remove
• might ship assembled or as a kit (I’m thinking about offering both. Assembled will cost more for assembly time and shipping, but it will get you up and running in little time.
• all rack to vehicle mounts will be machined billet (not sheet metal) and be able to handle more weight than you’ll feel comfortable placing on a roof rack.
• chase light integration will be available
• supporting equipment mounts (DMOS shovel/Rotopax/Maxtrax

Tell all the pit crew Happy Thanksgiving

@EIGHTLUG Curtis do you know yet how much height it will add? Thanks
As tall as necessary, as short as possible. šŸ˜‰

Without looking at the CAD drawing, I’d guess right around 4ā€ at the top of the roof rack. Just enough space to get the roof panels removed + 1/4ā€ for the mounting brackets + 2ā€ for the roof rack rails.
T-slot crossbars?
Yes, but so much more. Just you wait. šŸ™‚

Thanks, Rocky! Happy Thanksgiving to you too! And yes, the carbon MOLLE panels are still on the list.

So hypothetically if I needed a roof rack by let's say... March, would this be an option?
That's a pretty solid bet. We're throwing a lot of R&D time at this project to knock it out of the park.

I knew you guys would come through with something beautiful. By spring is my hope. Something to match my post machine magnums? šŸ¤” I'm on board for the ride.

I’ve waited this long…I can wait for the best. April/May would be great. One modular rack that’s usable with both soft and hard top would be a dream.

Add me to the list of those interested and excited for this rack. Hoping wind noise and aerodynamics are design considerations too…

Same. I’m going to wait it out. Just would like something by May/June.

I have no doubt that Curtis and co will bring the hot sauce.

And we’re off! The six main billet mounts are squared away. We’ll continue to hone in on the proper dimensions for the rack itself. We’ll machine our own billet corner sections for a seamless look.

The forward mounts will have hidden mounting hardware, where it secures at the windshield frame, for a ultra clean aesthetic. The exposed hardware is actually mount locations for the carbon wind screen and light bar. Both items will be optional and able to be added post purchase. Little to no branding or logos, so far. You'll just know what it is when you see it. And that's just the way we like it.
