in the four door
you're 100% correct in that with the 4D larger surface area, some of these colors will look totally different. I'm just looking to rock the 2D, and would prefer to spend dollars on displacement as opposed to tops. Will be looking for a white soft top aftermarket

I had an apple red S10 for 25 years & loved every minute of it.

Race Red...Iconic Silver, & Area 51
Carb grey will hide it the best, cactus grey seems to blend well but I’m drawn to cyber orange but it doesn’t seem to flow with the cheap grey HT

Yeah, it's tough. A ton look good in the 2D, but I can't stand a lot of the colors in the 4D. I agree that aftermarket will prob be the best way to go.

I like the cyber orange with the grey top in a 2D personally. If I could get a 2D, that'd be my go to.

The thing is with a vehicle that can go topless, carpet sucks. For muddy boots and such, Weather Tech is great - they're (well a knock-off) what I use in my Jeep Liberty with carpet. Makes clean-up after muddy boots super easy and the carpet stays nice and clean.

But with a vehicle that can go topless it makes it so much easier to run topless (or with a bikini) even with there is a threat of rain. Or maybe caught in a pop-up shower. In a carpeted vehicle the carpet gets soggy and it is a pain.

In my old Jeep Wrangler I pulled the carpets out the first time they got soaked in a stream crossing and never put them back in. Ran that Jeep for a year in nothing more than a bikini top and doors (lived in AZ at the time, but that year included monsoon season and an unusual snow one Easter that we headed to the mountains in).

The floors in the Black Diamond are a huge selling point for me. (Oh - and if I did wear muddy boots into the Bronco a lot, I'd probably consider some Weather Tech floor mats - just because for that scenario it is super nice to just be able to pull the floor mats and hose them off).
Don’t forget Husky Liner for another option. Same as Weathertech but usually cheaper. And made in USA also??

thanks xturtle and broncojay! will wait.
Sound deadening....it’s most likely going to be high density foam, on cardboard. If you know someone who sews, pick out a cool fabric, like a lumberjack plaid ....maybe some national park patches and add it on yourself.

Am I the only one thinking of going to base +sas presuming they offer the manual ?
I've been looking at the 4 door base + sas option. Add 2.7 and hard top. Then I can add several accessory options and still keep a reasonable budget. Thought about going up in trim to get the high package. Realized the standard package has more creature comfort than any vehicle I've had with the exception of my current truck. Would love to see an actual standard package equipped Bronco first. So many decisions, but base simplifies the color choice by eliminating so many of them. :ROFLMAO:

The issue is if you go after market....you have to fork up the $$ vs included in financing, and it’s not covered by warranty...
If you are including it in financing don’t forget to add the APR to whatever price you pay for the accessories. Get a 6 year loan those accessories could have bought you a new car??

I would definitely have put that configuration top of my list but since they said it's not going to happen...at least for this cycle...I had to let that option go. 2 Dr Base with manual with Sasquatch for 5k add-on would have been awesome but not in the cards.

Thought I’d get a black diamond thread going for all of us that chose this trim what color is everyone leaning towards I was leaning towards cyber orange but my bro said no way get Area 51 I like Area 51 but can’t make out the color it is it has like a greenish bluish hue to it looks gray in some spots hope the dealers will have color swatches
I loved the orange too. But, the more I thought on it I now want the area 51. I feel as tho when I go off roading I'd rather blend then stick out. I also thought about scratches and dirt. I think the orange may show that a lot more than a neutral color.
