That's the address I was given last week, except they said Canton, MI. Gave me a small sense of hope thinking it was moved, but then I looked on Google maps and found Canton is across the street from MAP!Dealer got access to Vin View. No additional info but I do have the address of the dirt parking lot that I am stuck in. Have a feeling that there are a ton un located at 4280 Hannan Rd, Wayne, MI 48184
Yes… hopefully you will see movement very soon…That's the address I was given last week, except they said Canton, MI. Gave me a small sense of hope thinking it was moved, but then I looked on Google maps and found Canton is across the street from MAP!
This just sucks!!
Is that the date when the microchip arrives or the new delivery date? Online chat wouldn't give me an estimated date and i'm in the same boat as you.Build date of 11/9. Now on a chip hold until 11/30. I'm not expecting delivery this year yet...
I understood it as that’s when they believe the chip hold to be resolved. When completed, I will still have to wait on the shipping fiasco. I think that could be much worse than the initial chip delay. As soon as a build goes off the routine path, it takes an unexpected amount of time and energy to get it back on track. See all the dirt/ice mountain threads!!!!Is that the date when the microchip arrives or the new delivery date? Online chat wouldn't give me an estimated date and i'm in the same boat as you.
At least you got a date out of them! Hope that date sticks. It's very frustrating to see numerous builds after ours get completed/shipped with no chip holds.I understood it as that’s when they believe the chip hold to be resolved. You're getting further than I am with my corporate contact. The email I received back this morning basically said she's doing everything she can and there is no one to escalate it to. She's emailed "support" 2-3 times over the last 3 weeks and tells me everytime that she'll let me know when she hears back but I have yet to hear anything from her on that. I email her about once a week, usually when my ETA changes (on my 4th now).got a call today from miss felicia. she said if it's not delivered by friday (the end of my ETA) then she will dig deeper. I told her this is the third ETA, and that is highly unlikely as I still don't have a rail car number. But hey, it's somethin. Emailing the head honchos works I guess. We shall see.
For what it's worth, she did seem like she gave a damn. That's all I really want lol. I just want someone to care as much as I do. But I guess that's what y'all are here for![]()
Ok, not the same railcar... and perhaps not even the same train (unless they meet up in Chicago). Mine's now saying Chicago by Saturday morning... but I'll take some kind of movement/status over it over being stuck in the MAP swamp with no status. Good luck!I'm on TTGX705148. I think the tracker said it would not be in Chicago until Thursday morning. I hope it heads south sooner after that.
this allegedly other rail car # I got says the same thing, something about 11/19 at 8:45am if I remember correctlyOk, not the same railcar... and perhaps not even the same train (unless they meet up in Chicago). You've already called CSX, but for others on the thread... get your railcar # from Chat (if you're lucky) or your dealer (via VIN View). Once you have your railcar, follow the instructions here (Bronco Build & Tracking links) for calling CSX.my rail is TTGX697295 so I am guessing we are on the same same train headed south. When I called CSX monday and Tuesday….the automated line had zero information. How did you get location info? for the “initials” I tried several combos of the first four letters.
