Stuck in that weird position where I know I want to buy a few additional items for the Bronco but also do not want to be holding onto tons and tons of product for unknown amounts of time.

The longer I have a ton of boxes sitting the more suspicious my wife will become.

Yes, how can I get this rail info? The Order Tracker app is not updating right now. Plus, I have hit up @Ford Motor Company and they were no help or just repeated what I already know. I'm now beyond my latest delivery window with no update. Maybe it's finally on a train headed south???

I was told by customer service if you pass your delivery window they can escalate to a logistics ticket for someone to check into your order. Not sure that actually does anything, but my delivery window always updates before I reach that point.

That is if the window passes and a new date is not issued only. That rarely happens.

Not my post but I think that the OP is confused as to what is going on with their order.

I would reach out to chat and get the new ETA delivery dates if they exist. If they do not you can request that the case is escalated. The ford order tracker still seems to work but won't tell you much of anything if you have not shipped. Good luck getting any answers. We have all tried multiple different things with seemingly no luck.

Update: I got the shipped notification today so I reached out to Ford Customer care chat and they gave me a completely different rail car number... TTGX996703 and its in wayne Michigan compared to what my salesperson gave me on 11/02 BTTX880206...

Hmmm. Yeah, my last delivery window ended Monday with no update. Ugh! I'll try my dealer once again...maybe they know something now.

I am a feeling pretty chaotic evil today. Might use that free roadside service to call a tow truck on the Bronco through the Ford Pass app just to see what happens.

Dealer got access to Vin View. No additional info but I do have the address of the dirt parking lot that I am stuck in. Have a feeling that there are a ton un located at 4280 Hannan Rd, Wayne, MI 48184
