1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

i can confirm the number at the top of the WS is not the rail car, at least for me.

and WS is: 201636

Just checked and mine arrived at Richmond, CA last night at 10:32pm. I'm guessing a few of us are on that same train. Now it's just a waiting game to find a truck that actually wants to drive to San Luis.

HMMM I am not set to go to Rose lake IL. I am set for Chicago… maybe the difference between I40 parallel route to Socal vs I70 for NorCal, perhaps??

That could be possible but I don't know how the Railroad does their logistics or planning.
I wonder if anyone else is on my route??

So, I finally called and got my rail car number today. When I tracked the car it said that it was in Wayne on the 14th. It’s suppose to be here on the 18th but its highly unlikely that it gets to the dealership by then.

Crazy that this happened.. Bronco was started and loaded on railcar recently - obviously!
