10/28 I received my window sticker with 11/3 blend date. 11/4 it was “in production”. On 11/8 I noticed the Tear Tag and BCE modules had populated(nothing on PCM). So yesterday I texted my dealer salesman who said “yeah, you go into production on 11/23”!!!!! I thought having a tear tag meant it was pretty much built. Anyone else’s experience similar?

Just make sure he's not the kind of wrong where he sells your Bronco to someone else because he lied to you about it arriving a month later than expected.

So am I correct that once the modules “pop” and I have a Tear Tag that it’s just about complete?

That's the general understanding I get from this forum and other Ford product forums. It should be shipping soon!

Would “add-ons”like full under body bash plates, modular bumper and tow package cause a delay in production? Are these items added on the assembly line or after production?

11/4 Blend here(6/942), came up on the tracker as “In production” on 10/28 when my window sticker populated. Modules and tear tag popped on 11/7 which is the same date that’s currently listed as it’s “in production” day on the tracker. Nothing new since then, still showing that it’s in production.

We've found generally that installing these components adds a day to production. That assumes they are available. We've also seen some cars sit for six months or more waiting for parts. We seem to be past that but once in a while there may be a delay.
